profession_n make_v you_o can_v answer_v the_o deny_v the_o seal_n of_o baptism_n to_o such_o a_o one_o and_o we_o have_v no_o warrant_n to_o require_v a_o far_a satisfaction_n of_o their_o real_a interest_n in_o christ_n and_o therefore_o 2_o i_o likewise_o undertake_v to_o make_v it_o good_a to_o &_o against_o you_o and_o your_o goliath_n who_o ever_o he_o be_v that_o child_n of_o believe_a and_o christian_a parent_n ought_v to_o be_v admit_v to_o the_o first_o seal_n of_o the_o covenant_n viz_o baptism_n and_o if_o you_o require_v a_o syllabicall_a command_n for_o this_o practice_n i_o desire_v to_o know_v of_o you_o on_o the_o contrary_a where_o christ_n or_o his_o apostle_n have_v in_o plain_a term_n forbid_v or_o deny_v they_o this_o ordinance_n or_o where_o we_o be_v command_v not_o to_o admit_v they_o because_o the_o church_n wherein_o we_o live_v have_v be_v for_o many_o hundred_o year_n and_o be_v still_o to_o this_o day_n in_o possession_n and_o practice_n of_o this_o ordinance_n i_o be_v already_o satisfy_v in_o my_o own_o conscience_n must_v hear_v from_o you_o what_o you_o have_v to_o say_v against_o this_o practice_n before_o i_o spend_v more_o labour_n in_o the_o defence_n of_o it_o if_o you_o have_v any_o thing_n to_o say_v against_o it_o let_v i_o hear_v what_o it_o be_v and_o i_o doubt_v not_o but_o i_o shall_v easy_o make_v it_o appear_v to_o you_o that_o your_o deny_v the_o sacrament_n of_o baptism_n to_o infant_n of_o parent_n profess_v faith_n be_v a_o heretical_a opinion_n and_o practice_n and_o so_o convince_v you_o of_o your_o error_n herein_o and_o i_o shall_v likewise_o in_o that_o show_n you_o our_o commission_n from_o christ_n for_o this_o practice_n paper_n in_o the_o next_o place_n you_o ask_v we_o where_o be_v our_o command_n to_o admit_v profane_a drunkard_n swearer_n liar_n or_o railer_n to_o the_o lord_n table_n ans_fw-fr first_o whosoever_o charge_v we_o with_o admit_v profane_a drunkard_n swearer_n liar_n or_o railer_n as_o such_o to_o the_o lord_n supper_n they_o be_v liar_n and_o railer_n 2_o i_o demand_v of_o you_o whether_o if_o a_o man_n have_v once_o be_v a_o drunkard_n liar_n swearer_n etc._n etc._n he_o may_v never_o be_v admit_v because_o he_o have_v be_v former_o such_o a_o one_o or_o whether_o those_o that_o have_v be_v such_o may_v not_o be_v admit_v when_o they_o give_v visible_a testimony_n and_o profession_n of_o their_o repentance_n of_o their_o desire_n to_o wait_v upon_o god_n in_o that_o ordinance_n for_o their_o receive_v a_o seal_n of_o the_o pardon_n of_o their_o former_a sin_n upon_o their_o repentance_n and_o faith_n in_o christ_n and_o for_o increase_v confirm_v and_o strengthen_v that_o grace_n they_o have_v already_o receive_v in_o their_o
