exercise_n cease_v not_o even_o in_o the_o time_n of_o war_n itself_o for_o i_o can_v understand_v what_o drankennesse_n or_o cruelty_n that_o be_v revenge_v which_o respect_v not_o the_o future_a good_a can_v advance_v towards_o peace_n or_o the_o preservation_n of_o any_o man_n brief_o in_o the_o state_n of_o nature_n what_o be_v just_a and_o unjust_a be_v not_o to_o be_v esteem_v by_o the_o action_n but_o by_o the_o counsel_n and_o conscience_n of_o the_o actor_n that_o which_o be_v do_v out_o of_o necessity_n out_o of_o endeavour_n for_o peace_n for_o the_o preservation_n of_o ourselves_o be_v do_v with_o right_n otherwise_o every_o damage_n do_v to_o a_o man_n will_v be_v a_o breach_n of_o the_o natural_a law_n and_o a_o injury_n against_o god_n xxviii_o but_o the_o law_n
