make_v another_o believe_v it_o which_o be_v or_o for_o aught_o he_o know_v may_v be_v false_a he_o only_o be_v to_o be_v esteem_v a_o lyar._n now_o some_o have_v doubt_v whether_o the_o sin_n of_o a_o lie_n consist_v in_o the_o bare_a untruth_n or_o only_o in_o the_o injustice_n of_o it_o and_o from_o thence_o have_v be_v incline_v to_o believe_v that_o such_o a_o lie_n as_o do_v no_o hurt_n to_o the_o damage_n of_o another_o but_o also_o such_o a_o lie_n however_o otherwise_o innocent_a as_o give_v occasion_n to_o render_v a_o man_n truth_n suspect_v in_o other_o case_n be_v to_o be_v repute_v unlawful_a if_o for_o no_o other_o reason_n yet_o at_o least_o before_o this_o because_o it_o be_v injurious_a to_o humane_a society_n and_o the_o same_o reason_n will_v hold_v as_o strong_o against_o all_o mental_a reservation_n and_o equivocal_a expression_n for_o what_o be_v humane_a society_n at_o any_o time_n the_o better_a for_o the_o literal_a truth_n of_o what_o a_o man_n say_v
