say_v that_o the_o office_n of_o these_o elder_n in_o every_o church_n be_v in_o that_o time_n wherein_o there_o be_v no_o christian_n magistrate_n and_o when_o there_o be_v persecution_n but_o in_o the_o apostle_n time_n there_o be_v both_o persecution_n and_o no_o christian_n magistrate_n therefore_o in_o their_o time_n the_o office_n of_o these_o elder_n be_v in_o every_o congregation_n i_o come_v therefore_o to_o the_o second_o point_n wherein_o the_o question_n especial_o lie_v which_o be_v whether_o this_o function_n be_v perpetual_a and_o aught_o to_o remain_v always_o in_o the_o
