open_a without_o breach_n of_o privilege_n shall_v not_o doubt_v to_o prove_v it_o be_v some_o way_n misinform_v delude_v surprise_v or_o otherwise_o abuse_v in_o those_o thing_n by_o evil_a member_n we_o have_v frequent_o in_o former_a paper_n before_o the_o charge_n put_v the_o parliament_n upon_o it_o who_o without_o colour_n of_o breach_n of_o privilege_n may_v do_v it_o to_o find_v out_o and_o discover_v who_o they_o be_v that_o have_v so_o abuse_v they_o and_o to_o disengage_v the_o honour_n of_o parliament_n from_o the_o evil_a practice_n and_o design_n of_o such_o incendiary_n now_o since_o the_o same_o difficulty_n or_o prejudice_n lie_v yet_o in_o our_o way_n as_o to_o the_o particular_a charge_v or_o proof_n of_o those_o thing_n against_o the_o member_n and_o the_o parliament_n though_o so_o often_o put_v upon_o it_o in_o our_o former_a paper_n yet_o through_o the_o powerful_a interest_n of_o the_o person_n guilty_a have_v not_o take_v any_o cognizance_n what_o member_n or_o other_o have_v so_o abuse_v they_o to_o
