repentaunte_a for_o their_o sin_n and_o be_v desirous_a of_o the_o favour_n of_o god_n &_o of_o remission_n than_o ought_v he_o to_o comfort_v they_o with_o some_o promise_n of_o grace_n &_o to_o preach_v unto_o they_o free_a remission_n and_o absolution_n in_o the_o presence_n of_o such_o as_o be_v there_o by_o assistente_fw-la least_o peradventure_o their_o conscience_n be_v vex_v and_o their_o sickness_n increase_v the_o wicked_a enemy_n prevent_v and_o ensnare_v they_o and_o so_o seduce_v and_o convey_v they_o into_o desperation_n m._n where_o have_v thou_o any_o example_n of_o no_o further_a commandment_n of_o the_o visitation_n &_o comfort_n of_o the_o sick_a to_o be_v do_z by_o the_o minister_n of_o the_o church_n s._n yes_o the_o holy_a apostle_n s._n james_n teach_v that_o the_o prayer_n of_o faith_n which_o the_o senior_n or_o elder_n of_o the_o church_n do_v make_v for_o the_o sick_a shall_v help_v they_o and_o the_o lord_n shall_v comfort_v they_o &_o if_o they_o be_v in_o sin_n it_o shall_v be_v forgeven_v they_o m._n now_o what_o fruit_n and_o profit_n ought_v all_o this_o to_o work_v in_o thou_o s._n first_o i_o ought_v to_o learn_v hereby_o to_o receyve_v of_o any_o man_n thankful_o all_o manner_n of_o christian_n and_o brotherly_a correction_n warning_n and_o information_n and_o also_o by_o the_o very_a duty_n and_o bond_n of_o love_n true_o and_o faithful_o to_o admonish_v &_o reprove_v my_o neighbour_n which_o be_v every_o christian_n man_n if_o i_o shall_v see_v he_o offend_v m._n why_o what_o have_v thou_o to_o do_v with_o thy_o neighbour_n s._n forsooth_o forasmuch_o as_o we_o be_v all_o the_o membre_n of_o one_o body_n if_o i_o can_v find_v in_o my_o heart_n to_o see_v any_o to_o loiter_v and_o perish_v in_o his_o sin_n &_o drede_v it_o reverent_o eschew_v and_o avoid_v all_o fellowship_n and_o familiarity_n of_o such_o as_o will_v not_o conform_v themselves_o unto_o thesame_n m._n what_o scripture_n haste_v thou_o for_o that_o s_o even_o the_o word_n of_o our_o saviour_n christ_n where_o he_o say_v if_o he_o hear_v not_o the_o church_n or_o congregation_n than_o take_v or_o repute_v he_o as_o a_o heathen_a and_o a_o unchristian_a that_o be_v to_o say_v as_o a_o infidele_n that_o be_v sunder_v and_o separate_v from_o all_o christian_n order_fw-fr and_o fellowship_n but_o yet_o we_o ought_v not_o utter_o to_o reject_v and_o to_o hate_v he_o in_o our_o heart_n but_o to_o pray_v hearty_o unto_o god_n for_o he_o that_o he_o may_v be_v convert_v from_o his_o wickedness_n again_o and_o than_o with_o all_o joyfulness_n to_o receyve_v he_o into_o all_o christian_a fellowship_n again_o m._n well_o this_o be_v sufficient_a of_o this_o article_n also_o now_o tell_v i_o what_o be_v thy_o daily_a exercise_n in_o the_o service_n of_o god_n s._n morning_n and_o evening_n when_o i_o arise_v or_o go_v to_o bed_n likewise_o before_o &_o after_o meat_n i_o use_v these_o prayer_n follow_v or_o such_o like_a first_o at_o my_o uprise_a i_o fall_v down_o on_o my_o knee_n and_o lyft_v up_o my_o hand_n and_o iye_n unto_o heaven_n i_o confess_v my_o sin_n unto_o god_n my_o heavenly_a father_n after_o this_o manner_n a_o general_a confession_n of_o sin_n to_o be_v say_v every_o morning_n o_o almyghtie_a god_n our_o heavenlye_a father_n i_o confess_v &_o knowledge_n that_o i_o be_o a_o miserable_a &_o a_o wretched_a sinner_n &_o have_v manifold_a way_n most_o grevouslye_o transgress_v thy_o most_o godly_a commandment_n through_o wicked_a thought_n ungodlye_a lust_n sinful_a word_n &_o dede_n and_o in_o my_o whole_a life_n in_o sin_n be_o i_o bear_v and_o conceyve_v and_o there_o be_v no_o goodness_n in_o i_o in_o asmuch_o as_o if_o thou_o shall_v entre_fw-fr into_o thy_o narowe_n judgement_n with_o i_o judge_v i_o accord_v unto_o the_o same_o i_o be_v never_o able_a to_o suffer_v or_o abide_v it_o but_o must_v needs_o perish_v and_o be_v damn_v for_o ever_o so_o little_a help_n comfort_n or_o succour_n be_v there_o either_o in_o i_o or_o in_o any_o other_o creature_n only_o this_o be_v my_o comfort_n o_o heavenly_a father_n that_o thou_o do_v not_o spare_v thy_o only_a derebeloved_n son_n thy_o judgement_n still_o and_o pacify_v thy_o wrath_n reconcyle_v i_o again_o unto_o the_o and_o pourchace_v i_o thy_o grace_n and_o favour_n and_o everlasting_a life_n wherefore_o through_o the_o merit_n of_o his_o most_o bitter_a death_n and_o passion_n and_o through_o his_o innocent_a blood_n shed_v i_o beseech_v thou_o o_o heavenly_a father_n that_o thou_o will_v vouchsafe_v to_o be_v gracious_a and_o merciful_a unto_o i_o to_o forgeve_v and_o to_o pardon_v i_o all_o my_o sin_n to_o lyghten_v my_o heart_n with_o thy_o holy_a spirit_n to_o renew_v confirm_v and_o strengthen_v i_o with_o a_o right_n and_o a_o perfect_a faith_n and_o to_o inflame_v i_o in_o love_n toward_o thou_o &_o my_o neybour_n that_o i_o may_v henceforth_o with_o a_o willing_a and_o a_o glad_a heart_n quiet_a
