they_o be_v the_o man_n above_o other_o by_o who_o the_o thought_n of_o all_o man_n be_v order_v in_o doubtful_a case_n therefore_o they_o ought_v to_o find_v themselves_o oblige_v in_o conscience_n above_o other_o man_n not_o only_o to_o be_v right_o and_o exact_o order_v in_o all_o their_o thought_n and_o proceed_n but_o also_o to_o be_v able_a in_o all_o thing_n to_o give_v a_o satisfactory_a
