apostle_n do_v ordain_v or_o by_o a_o power_n in_o the_o church_n or_o congregation_n precede_v such_o a_o power_n and_o accompany_v such_o a_o power_n now_o this_o present_a presbytery_n can_v neither_o make_v itself_o appear_v to_o be_v so_o pure_o ordain_v nor_o have_v they_o the_o church_n or_o congregational_a power_n so_o precede_v or_o accompany_v such_o a_o ordination_n nor_o be_v that_o act_n of_o imposition_n of_o hand_n by_o which_o their_o present_a presbyter_n stand_v minister_n a_o mere_a sign_n of_o set_v apart_o or_o mere_o significative_a but_o a_o institution_n for_o gift_n to_o be_v confer_v under_o the_o law_n it_o be_v a_o empty_a and_o bare_a rite_n but_o under_o the_o gospel_n it_o can_v be_v prove_v to_o be_v such_o a_o empty_a rite_n gospel-signe_n be_v
