be_v not_o the_o custom_n of_o the_o assembly_n to_o tell_v committee_n beforehand_o what_o they_o will_v do_v with_o their_o report_n when_o they_o bring_v it_o in_o but_o when_o a_o report_n be_v bring_v in_o than_o they_o consider_v what_o to_o do_v with_o it_o when_o they_o see_v what_o it_o be_v moreover_o the_o brethren_n need_v not_o doubt_n but_o the_o assembly_n will_v at_o least_o have_v make_v as_o much_o use_n of_o this_o as_o they_o be_v by_o one_o of_o these_o brethren_n advise_v to_o make_v of_o the_o paper_n of_o this_o nature_n give_v in_o by_o the_o commissioner_n of_o scotland_n xx._n but_o the_o assembly_n say_v they_o hasten_v the_o vote_v of_o what_o yet_o remain_v in_o church_n government_n and_o when_o not_o long_o after_o upon_o occasion_n of_o debate_n of_o one_o particular_a point_n wherein_o they_o differ_v from_o the_o assembly_n they_o move_v it_o may_v be_v dèfer_v because_o they_o shall_v present_v their_o judgement_n and_o reason_n about_o it_o with_o the_o rest_n it_o be_v public_o answer_v that_o therefore_o the_o assembly_n shall_v the_o rather_o go_v on_o to_o the_o conclude_v of_o it_o because_o they_o intend_v to_o bring_v it_o in_o and_z according_o the_o assembly_n send_v up_o to_o the_o honourable_a house_n as_o well_o what_o have_v be_v send_v up_o by_o peâ—câ—â—_n before_o as_o what_o be_v since_o conclude_v in_o one_o entire_a frame_n for_o the_o hasten_v of_o the_o vote_n and_o the_o send_v up_o our_o advice_n for_o government_n in_o a_o entire_a frame_n the_o brethren_n know_v the_o reason_n of_o it_o but_o they_o be_v please_v to_o conceal_v it_o the_o honourable_a house_n have_v send_v several_a message_n and_o order_n to_o this_o assembly_n require_v they_o to_o hasten_v the_o dispatch_n of_o their_o advice_n concern_v church-government_n and_o to_o send_v it_o up_o entire_a which_o message_n and_o order_n of_o the_o house_n we_o be_v bind_v to_o obey_v by_o that_o ordinance_n whereby_o we_o sit_v and_o it_o be_v not_o free_a for_o we_o to_o detain_v our_o vote_n when_o both_o or_o either_o of_o the_o house_n call_v for_o they_o our_o brethren_n therefore_o deal_v hardly_o with_o we_o when_o they_o impute_v that_o to_o we_o as_o a_o fault_n which_o be_v our_o duty_n as_o for_o the_o particular_a which_o they_o say_v they_o desire_v may_v be_v deser_v we_o know_v not_o what_o it_o be_v they_o mean_v nor_o when_o debate_v if_o they_o have_v instance_a in_o the_o particular_a we_o can_v more_o clear_o have_v answer_v to_o the_o charge_n but_o if_o there_o be_v such_o a_o motion_n approve_v in_o a_o grand_a committee_n of_o the_o whole_a assembly_n these_o dissenter_n only_o except_v and_o want_v but_o the_o formality_n of_o the_o assembly_n vote_n and_o since_o another_o part_n of_o our_o answer_n to_o their_o reason_n of_o dissent_n to_o another_o proposition_n be_v read_v and_o approve_v in_o the_o assembly_n our_o brethren_n therefore_o need_v not_o to_o have_v
