such_o a_o presbytery_n may_v ordain_v their_o own_o elder_n but_o some_o of_o the_o committee_n do_v further_o say_v that_o where_o there_o be_v two_o roll_a elder_n at_o least_o they_o have_v power_n of_o ordain_v elder_n for_o that_o congregation_n and_o in_o case_n there_o be_v no_o elder_n as_o at_o the_o first_o in_o ecclesia_fw-la constituenda_fw-la then_o the_o choice_n of_o elder_n by_o the_o people_n with_o approbation_n of_o the_o neighbour_a minister_n with_o fast_v and_o prayer_n may_v suffice_v 4._o that_o the_o elder_n of_o the_o congregation_n shall_v advise_v with_o
