no_o mortal_a man_n can_v just_o say_v it_o nay_o rather_o that_o speech_n of_o christ_n of_o two_o or_o three_o gather_v together_o in_o his_o name_n matth._n 18._o 20._o do_v plain_o imply_v that_o if_o there_o be_v a_o great_a number_n than_o two_o or_o three_o who_o they_o be_v not_o satisfy_v in_o the_o answer_n of_o a_o offendor_n may_v appeal_v unto_o and_o in_o so_o do_v tell_v the_o church_n such_o a_o small_a number_n may_v be_v a_o church_n and_o may_v have_v the_o blessing_n of_o his_o presence_n to_o be_v among_o they_o beside_o the_o time_n have_v be_v in_o the_o day_n of_o adam_n and_o noah_n when_o there_o be_v not_o forty_o person_n in_o the_o world_n and_o yet_o adam_n family_n in_o his_o time_n and_o noah●_n in_o his_o be_v in_o those_o day_n a_o church_n if_o there_o be_v any_o church_n on_o earth_n and_o if_o christ_n and_o his_o twelve_o disciple_n be_v the_o first_o christian_a church_n it_o be_v too_o much_o for_o any_o man_n to_o say_v that_o twenty_o or_o forty_o be_v such_o a_o small_a company_n that_o they_o can_v be_v a_o church_n second_o for_o the_o matter_n of_o government_n there_o be_v a_o difference_n between_o ability_n and_o right_n in_o respect_n of_o the_o former_a in_o as_o much_o as_o some_o case_n be_v more_o difficult_a than_o other_o and_o some_o church_n of_o less_o spiritual_a ability_n than_o other_o and_o god_n do_v not_o afford_v assistance_n and_o direction_n at_o some_o time_n so_o much_o as_o at_o other_o therefore_o in_o such_o case_n it_o be_v requisite_a that_o church_n shall_v seek_v for_o light_n and_o counsel_n and_o advice_n from_o other_o church_n as_o the_o church_n at_o antioch_n do_v send_v unto_o the_o church_n at_o jerusalem_n in_o a_o question_n which_o can_v not_o be_v determine_v among_o themselves_o act._n 15._o 2._o but_o this_o be_v not_o because_o they_o have_v no_o right_n but_o when_o they_o be_v not_o able_a three_o as_o for_o right_a let_v it_o be_v consider_v how_o the_o or_o ten_o or_o the_o least_o number_n that_o you_o mention_v have_v right_a and_o power_n from_o christ_n to_o transact_v all_o their_o own_o ecclesiastical_a business_n among_o themselves_o if_o so_o be_v they_o be_v able_a and_o
