person_n and_o estate_n aswell_o from_o the_o violence_n of_o the_o soldier_n under_o the_o parliament_n as_o of_o the_o enemy_n and_o this_o to_o be_v extend_v unto_o all_o without_o distinction_n of_o offence_n or_o religion_n 4_o if_o any_o thing_n more_o can_v be_v reasonable_o offer_v in_o the_o behalf_n of_o such_o papist_n as_o have_v adhere_v to_o the_o present_a government_n and_o not_o be_v in_o the_o irish_a rebellion_n it_o shall_v be_v also_o recommend_v back_o by_o we_o to_o those_o that_o employ_v we_o in_o the_o best_a manner_n we_o can_v for_o your_o lordship_n satisfaction_n except_o 3._o that_o no_o assurance_n be_v give_v that_o the_o judge_n and_o minister_n of_o the_o civil_a and_o martial_a list_n shall_v be_v continuod_v in_o their_o place_n and_o employment_n paper_n be_v express_v but_o that_o none_o of_o the_o proposition_n which_o be_v transmit_v whether_o you_o look_v to_o the_o first_o way_n of_o overture_n as_o you_o be_v please_v to_o term_v it_o or_o the_o second_o way_n of_o overure_n be_v assent_v unto_o and_o to_o the_o end_n that_o this_o may_v be_v the_o better_o understand_v we_o hold_v it_o necessary_a to_o declare_v that_o some_o of_o the_o proposition_n which_o be_v transmit_v by_o we_o from_o hence_o be_v sign_v by_o we_o a_o part_n wherein_o we_o do_v undertake_v the_o prosecution_n of_o the_o war_n as_o vigorous_o against_o
