and_o have_v strive_v by_o his_o divine_a light_n the_o true_a sight_n and_o sense_n hereof_o will_v break_v the_o heart_n and_o tender_a the_o spirit_n before_o the_o lord_n and_o under_o the_o weighty_a sense_n of_o the_o great_a burden_n of_o sin_n and_o iniquity_n there_o will_v be_v a_o cry_v out_o my_o sin_n they_o be_v too_o heavy_a for_o i_o to_o bean_n and_o my_o iniquity_n be_v go_v over_o my_o head_n as_o paul_n do_v say_v oh_o wretched_a man_n that_o i_o be_o who_o shall_v deliver_v i_o from_o the_o body_n of_o this_o death_n and_o here_o come_v the_o eye_n to_o be_v open_v cry_n in_o the_o immortal_a soul_n after_o a_o deliverer_n and_o saviour_n and_o will_v also_o give_v a_o true_a sense_n and_o sight_n that_o there_o be_v no_o way_n for_o thy_o soul_n to_o be_v ransom_v but_o in_o and_o through_o the_o tender_a mercy_n of_o the_o lord_n jesus_n christ_n which_o thou_o will_v see_v can_v no_o other_o way_n be_v effectual_o begin_v in_o thou_o but_o in_o the_o way_n of_o the_o judgement_n of_o the_o lord_n for_o it_o be_v through_o judgement_n that_o zion_n be_v redeem_v and_o her_o convert_v with_o righteousness_n and_o here_o also_o thou_o will_v see_v that_o the_o measure_n of_o the_o suffering_n of_o christ_n yet_o behind_o must_v be_v fill_v up_o in_o thou_o for_o no_o other_o way_n can_v any_o man_n pass_v unto_o life_n peace_n and_o joy_n with_o the_o father_n of_o spirit_n but_o the_o way_n the_o captain_n of_o salvation_n pass_v which_o be_v through_o death_n and_o here_o thou_o will_v begin_v to_o arm_v thyself_o with_o the_o same_o asunder_o of_o thy_o immortal_a soul_n from_o the_o spirit_n and_o nature_n of_o transgression_n and_o its_o work_v daily_o as_o subjection_n and_o obedience_n be_v yield_v unto_o it_o divide_v and_o make_v a_o separation_n between_o joint_n and_o marrow_n give_v thou_o daily_o a_o discern_v of_o the_o thought_n and_o intent_n of_o thy_o heart_n and_o as_o the_o soul_n mind_n and_o heart_n give_v up_o in_o love_n to_o god_n free_o to_o follow_v he_o in_o the_o way_n of_o his_o judgement_n and_o give_v up_o to_o the_o sword_n of_o the_o lord_n that_o which_o be_v for_o the_o sword_n and_o that_o which_o be_v for_o destruction_n to_o be_v destroy_v thus_o will_v the_o precious_a work_n of_o the_o lord_n prosper_v and_o although_o this_o be_v a_o time_n of_o sorrow_n and_o a_o time_n of_o trouble_n travail_n and_o anguish_n yet_o notwithstanding_o it_o be_v a_o good_a day_n therefore_o strive_v not_o to_o get_v from_o under_o it_o neither_o to_o make_v haste_n for_o the_o true_a godly_a sorrow_n work_v the_o true_a repentance_n which_o be_v never_o to_o be_v repent_v of_o and_o after_o the_o true_a repentance_n follow_v the_o true_a knowledge_n of_o remission_n &_o forgiveness_n and_o so_o thy_o inquity_n by_o the_o judgement_n of_o the_o lord_n god_n almighty_n come_v to_o be_v blot_v out_o and_o then_o the_o time_n of_o refreshment_n come_v from_o the_o presence_n of_o the_o lord_n and_o from_o the_o glory_n of_o his_o power_n etc._n etc._n and_o as_o there_o be_v a_o faithful_a abide_n in_o inward_a watchfulness_n and_o continual_a obedience_n to_o this_o heavenly_a light_n in_o which_o the_o beginning_n of_o the_o work_n of_o god_n be_v know_v there_o will_v be_v a_o go_v on_o from_o step_n to_o step_n in_o the_o foot_n step_v of_o the_o flock_n of_o christ_n jesus_n and_o a_o grow_a from_o strength_n to_o strength_n over_o sin_n and_o the_o nature_n thereof_o and_o from_o one_o degree_n of_o grace_n to_o another_o and_o as_o there_o be_v a_o faithful_a perseverance_n in_o this_o divine_a principle_n the_o eye_n of_o the_o understanding_n will_v be_v single_a and_o here_o every_o thing_n which_o have_v or_o do_v let_v will_v be_v see_v and_o the_o soul_n never_o start_v aside_o from_o a_o inward_a travil_n until_o that_o which_o hinder_v be_v take_v out_o of_o the_o way_n and_o until_o thou_o see_v all_o the_o rule_n and_o authority_n of_o the_o enemy_n to_o be_v subdue_v under_o the_o foot_n of_o the_o lord_n be_v anoint_v and_o the_o government_n in_o the_o soul_n upon_o his_o shoulder_n who_o right_a it_o be_v to_o reign_v over_o all_o and_o here_o salvation_n redemption_n and_o restoration_n be_v effectual_o enjoy_v through_o the_o effectual_a work_v and_o operate_n of_o the_o almighty_a power_n and_o arm_n of_o god_n almighty_n
