guilt_n of_o their_o sin_n upon_o those_o evidence_n of_o repentance_n that_o they_o manifest_v i_o say_v it_o be_v ratify_v in_o heaven_n therefore_o you_o see_v there_o be_v no_o other_o way_n of_o proceed_v but_o look_v as_o christ_n own_o word_n when_o he_o be_v upon_o the_o earth_n so_o the_o same_o that_o be_v as_o his_o own_o word_n that_o be_v those_o truth_n that_o be_v draw_v from_o christ_n truth_n have_v the_o same_o power_n upon_o the_o heart_n and_o conscience_n of_o man_n now_o to_o cammand_v they_o and_o shall_v have_v after_o to_o judge_v they_o as_o ever_o they_o have_v but_o here_o it_o may_v be_v object_v object_n it_o shall_v seem_v that_o all_o man_n shall_v not_o be_v judge_v by_o the_o law_n because_o there_o be_v some_o man_n to_o who_o the_o law_n have_v never_o be_v publish_v for_o what_o shall_v we_o say_v to_o a_o great_a part_n of_o the_o world_n that_o have_v not_o yet_o receive_v the_o scripture_n we_o know_v that_o the_o scripture_n have_v not_o be_v publish_v to_o a_o great_a part_n of_o the_o world_n at_o this_o day_n there_o be_v many_o heathen_n many_o pagan_n that_o never_o have_v the_o scripture_n therefore_o how_o shall_v they_o be_v jndged_a by_o the_o law_n except_o you_o say_v that_o only_o those_o shall_v be_v judge_v by_o it_o that_o have_v be_v under_o the_o preach_n of_o the_o gospel_n and_o have_v have_v the_o help_n of_o the_o scripture_n we_o answer_v all_o that_o all_o mankind_n and_o every_o particular_a man_n be_v under_o the_o law_n only_o the_o law_n be_v not_o alike_o express_v to_o they_o it_o be_v not_o reveal_v alike_o to_o all_o sort_n all_o have_v the_o law_n and_o the_o law_n write_v too_o but_o either_o it_o be_v write_v in_o the_o heart_n of_o man_n and_o so_o it_o be_v natural_o in_o the_o heart_n of_o all_o the_o son_n of_o man_n or_o else_o in_o the_o scrpture_n and_o so_o it_o be_v more_o clear_o and_o evident_o manifest_v in_o the_o church_n but_o yet_o nevertheless_o in_o the_o heart_n of_o man_n be_v the_o law_n write_v as_o much_o as_o shall_v be_v sufficient_a to_o condemn_v they_o as_o we_o see_v 14._o rom._n 2.14_o say_v the_o apostle_n if_o the_o gentile_n which_o have_v not_o the_o law_n do_v by_o nature_n the_o thing_n contain_v in_o the_o law_n they_o have_v not_o the_o law_n be_v a_o law_n to_o themselves_o and_o show_v the_o effect_n of_o the_o law_n write_v in_o their_o heart_n their_o conscience_n accuse_v or_o excuse_v they_o before_o god_n the_o gentile_n that_o have_v not_o the_o law_n that_o be_v not_o the_o law_n write_v in_o the_o scripture_n yet_o nevertheless_o they_o be_v a_o law_n to_o themselves_o that_o be_v they_o have_v certain_a principle_n certain_a rule_n which_o remain_v in_o their_o natural_a conscience_n whereby_o they_o either_o accuse_v or_o excuse_v as_o they_o do_v good_a or_o evil_n and_o even_o these_o do_v show_v that_o they_o have_v a_o law_n that_o do_v bind_v they_o and_o shall_v condemn_v they_o because_o that_o when_o they_o will_v not_o obey_v even_o that_o law_n that_o be_v even_o those_o principle_n whereupon_o their_o conscience_n wrought_v to_o accuse_v or_o excuse_v they_o be_v sinner_n against_o the_o law_n so_o that_o we_o see_v no_o man_n shall_v be_v condemn_v at_o the_o day_n of_o judgement_n but_o by_o virtue_n of_o the_o law_n and_o however_o all_o have_v not_o the_o scripture_n yet_o they_o have_v a_o natural_a conscience_n and_o the_o law_n write_v there_o whereby_o it_o accuse_v or_o excuse_v howsoever_o it_o be_v true_a that_o thing_n be_v not_o alike_o the_o church_n of_o god_n yea_o this_o be_v the_o rod_n of_o christ_n power_n therefore_o he_o will_v manifest_v his_o power_n and_o make_v all_o man_n subject_a to_o it_o what_o power_n there_o be_v a_o power_n of_o christ_n such_o a_o power_n whereby_o he_o manifest_v his_o own_o greatness_n and_o sovereignty_n over_o all_o his_o creature_n over_o those_o creature_n that_o have_v not_o sense_n that_o have_v not_o reason_n that_o be_v not_o this_o law_n but_o this_o power_n here_o the_o sceptre_n of_o his_o power_n be_v that_o whereby_o he_o manifest_v his_o sovereignty_n over_o reasonable_a holy_a thing_n they_o be_v give_v to_o profit_n with_o and_o we_o shall_v but_o increase_v our_o own_o guiltiness_n if_o we_o be_v not_o profit_v by_o they_o but_o i_o say_v brethren_n this_o be_v that_o which_o god_n have_v respect_n unto_o in_o all_o his_o provision_n for_o his_o people_n in_o the_o institution_n of_o all_o his_o ordinance_n their_o profit_n and_o benefit_n and_o when_o he_o find_v any_o ordinance_n that_o be_v not_o for_o the_o benefit_n of_o his_o people_n though_o they_o be_v of_o his_o own_o institution_n yet_o he_o take_v they_o away_o therefore_o the_o apostle_n church_n as_o may_v appear_v in_o the_o several_a particular_n a_o body_n have_v thou_o prepare_v for_o i_o say_v he_o in_o the_o psalm_n why_o that_o christ_n may_v be_v the_o more_o profitable_a to_o his_o people_n fit_v thereby_o to_o converse_v with_o and_o to_o communicate_v himself_o unto_o they_o the_o word_n be_v make_v flesh_n and_o therefore_o make_v flesh_n that_o he_o may_v dwell_v
