drift_n be_v not_o to_o put_v it_o down_o but_o to_o remove_v it_o from_o the_o magistrate_n to_o themselves_o that_o they_o may_v make_v all_o magistrate_n their_o vassal_n second_o profane_a people_n do_v allow_v of_o civil_a government_n in_o their_o judgement_n but_o they_o will_v have_v some_o liberty_n to_o entrench_v upon_o it_o in_o their_o practice_n three_o anunomians_n and_o ean●lifts_n be_v enemy_n to_o the_o eternal_a law_n of_o god_n which_o be_v the_o ground_n and_o foundation_n of_o the_o civil_a law_n which_o while_o they_o take_v a_o way_n the_o foundation_n of_o necessity_n the_o whole_a building_n must_v needs_o fall_v so_o they_o although_o they_o will_v not_o open_o say_v that_o they_o be_v enemy_n to_o civil_a government_n yet_o by_o accident_n they_o be_v enemy_n to_o it_o &_o in_o their_o way_n seek_v to_o overthrow_v it_o 4_o the_o independent_a people_n or_o the_o brownist_n who_o will_v have_v king_n and_o ruler_n and_o magistrate_n to_o have_v no_o hand_n in_o matter_n of_o religion_n but_o all_o to_o be_v servant_n to_o the_o person_n of_o believer_n and_o so_o they_o deny_v cesar_n his_o due_a which_o be_v to_o have_v power_n over_o the_o outward_a man_n both_o of_o word_n and_o action_n body_z and_o good_n although_o he_o have_v no_o power_n over_o the_o thing_n of_o god_n which_o be_v their_o soul_n and_o conscience_n
