to_o the_o observation_n of_o the_o same_o by_o exercise_v themselves_o thereon_o in_o the_o duty_n of_o piety_n and_o true_a religion_n public_o and_o private_o and_o no_o tradesman_n artificer_n workman_n labourer_n or_o other_o person_n whatsoever_o shall_v do_v or_o exercise_v any_o worldly_a labour_n business_n or_o work_n of_o their_o ordinary_a calling_n upon_o the_o lord_n day_n work_n lord_n day_n or_o any_o part_n thereof_o upon_o pain_n of_o twenty_o shilling_n for_o every_o such_o offence_n and_o none_o shall_v use_v employ_v or_o travel_v upon_o the_o lord_n day_n with_o any_o boat_n wherry_n light_a or_o barge_n except_o it_o be_v upon_o extraordinary_a occasion_n to_o be_v allow_v by_o a_o justice_n of_o the_o p●ace_n of_o the_o county_n or_o head_n officer_n or_o justice_n of_o the_o peace_n of_o the_o city_n borough_n or_o town-corporate_a where_o the_o fact_n shall_v be_v commit_v on_o pain_n of_o five_o shilling_n for_o every_o such_o offence_n and_o if_o any_o person_n so_o offend_v in_o any_o of_o the_o premise_n shall_v be_v thereof_o convict_v before_o any_o justice_n of_o the_o peace_n of_o the_o county_n or_o chief_a officer_n or_o justice_n of_o the_o peace_n of_o the_o city_n etc._n etc._n where_o the_o offence_n shall_v be_v commit_v upon_o his_o or_o their_o view_n or_o confession_n of_o the_o party_n or_o proof_n of_o any_o one_o or_o more_o witness_n which_o oath_n the_o say_a magistrate_n be_v impower_v to_o administer_v than_o the_o say_a justice_n or_o chief_a officer_n or_o officer_n shall_v give_v warrant_n under_o he_o or_o their_o hand_n to_o the_o constable_n or_o churchwarden_n of_o the_o parish_n or_o parish_n where_o the_o offence_n shall_v be_v commit_v to_o seize_v the_o say_v good_n so_o show_v forth_o or_o put_v to_o sale_n as_o aforesaid_a and_o to_o fall_v the_o same_o and_o to_o levy_v the_o say_v other_o forfeiture_n or_o penalty_n by_o way_n of_o distress_n and_o sale_n of_o the_o good_n of_o every_o such_o offender_n distrain_v render_v they_o the_o overplus_n of_o the_o money_n raise_v thereby_o and_o in_o default_n of_o such_o distress_n or_o in_o case_n of_o insufficiency_n or_o inability_n to_o pay_v the_o party_n offend_v to_o be_v set_v public_o in_o the_o stock_n by_o the_o space_n of_o two_o hour_n and_o all_o forfeiture_n to_o be_v employ_v to_o the_o use_n of_o the_o poor_a of_o
