against_o that_o principle_n and_o as_o for_o the_o liberty_n and_o privilege_n of_o the_o kingdom_n no_o doubt_n the_o wisdom_n of_o the_o kingdom_n in_o parliament_n think_v their_o liberty_n and_o privilege_n better_o preserve_v by_o that_o principle_n than_o by_o the_o contrary_a of_o let_v the_o people_n take_v arm_n against_o the_o government_n whenever_o they_o think_v themselves_o
