member_n to_o their_o sit_v and_o vote_n it_o be_v observable_a that_o the_o demand_n be_v make_v without_o distinction_n of_o person_n or_o offence_n so_o that_o be_v the_o person_n never_o so_o criminous_a or_o the_o offence_n never_o so_o notorious_a and_o so_o the_o judgement_n never_o so_o just_a yet_o all_o must_v be_v restore_v or_o no_o consent_n to_o disband_v and_o the_o reason_n and_o ground_n of_o the_o demand_n be_v as_o observable_a because_o they_o adhere_v to_o his_o majesty_n in_o these_o distraction_n a_o argument_n they_o must_v confess_v much_o use_v by_o the_o
