will_v be_v of_o this_o mind_n yourselves_o 3._o why_o shall_v it_o be_v call_v a_o bare_a pretence_n of_o scruple_n as_o if_o you_o search_v the_o heart_n and_o know_v not_o only_o that_o they_o be_v upon_o mistake_n but_o that_o they_o be_v not_o real_a when_o the_o person_n not_o only_o profess_v they_o real_a but_o be_v willing_a to_o use_v all_o just_a mean_n that_o tend_v to_o their_o satisfaction_n they_o study_v read_v pray_v and_o will_v be_v glad_a of_o conference_n with_o you_o at_o any_o time_n upon_o equal_a term_n if_o they_o may_v be_v themselves_o believe_v 4._o even_o groundless_a scruple_n about_o the_o matter_n of_o a_o unnecessary_a law_n which_o have_v that_o which_o to_o the_o weak_a both_o be_v and_o will_v be_v a_o appearance_n of_o evil_n may_v be_v sufficient_a to_o make_v it_o the_o duty_n of_o ruler_n to_o reverse_v their_o imposition_n though_o they_o be_v not_o sufficient_a to_o justify_v the_o scrupulous_a 5._o if_o a_o man_n shall_v think_v that_o he_o ought_v not_o to_o obey_v man_n even_o when_o he_o think_v it_o be_v against_o the_o command_n of_o god_n though_o he_o be_v uncertain_a as_o in_o case_n of_o go_v on_o a_o adhere_v to_o that_o in_o conscience_n of_o their_o duty_n and_o loyalty_n with_o their_o loss_n or_o hazard_n of_o estate_n life_n and_o fortune_n as_o man_n superstitious_a schismatical_a and_o void_a of_o religion_n and_o conscience_n for_o this_o reason_n and_o those_o that_o follow_v we_o can_v consent_v to_o such_o a_o alteration_n as_o be_v desire_v till_o these_o pretence_n be_v be_v here_o require_v and_o desire_v by_o we_o that_o it_o can_v be_v no_o just_a offence_n to_o the_o generality_n or_o any_o of_o the_o sober_a and_o most_o loyal_a child_n of_o the_o church_n as_o you_o speak_v be_v easy_a to_o be_v prove_v by_o lay_v together_o the_o consideration_n follow_v because_o it_o be_v by_o themselves_o confess_v to_o be_v alterable_a as_o not_o have_v itself_o its_o former_a constitution_n till_o less_o than_o two_o hundred_o year_n ago_o 2._o and_o themselves_o affirm_v it_o to_o be_v not_o necessary_a to_o salvation_n but_o a_o thing_n indifferent_a while_o they_o exclude_v all_o high_a institution_n from_o the_o power_n of_o the_o church_n 3._o they_o confess_v it_o lawful_a to_o serve_v god_n without_o this_o liturgy_n without_o which_o he_o be_v lawful_o serve_v 4._o those_o that_o desire_v the_o alteration_n desire_v no_o more_o than_o to_o serve_v god_n as_o the_o church_n do_v in_o the_o day_n of_o the_o apostle_n that_o have_v their_o of_o your_o follow_a word_n and_o if_o the_o contrary_n can_v be_v prove_v we_o wish_v it_o out_o of_o the_o liturgy_n which_o we_o entreat_v you_o to_o perform_v and_o impartial_o receive_v our_o proof_n but_o then_o we_o must_v also_o entreat_v you_o 1._o that_o the_o primitive_a church_n judgement_n and_o practice_n may_v be_v prefer_v before_o the_o present_a decline_v much_o corrupt_a taste_n of_o milk_n and_o honey_n as_o ceremony_n free_o though_o general_o use_v you_o shall_v not_o therefore_o force_v man_n to_o use_v they_o if_o you_o find_v that_o the_o doctrine_n of_o the_o moderate_a episcopal_a divine_n that_o have_v use_v it_o and_o can_v do_v still_o and_o yet_o will_v earnest_o entreat_v you_o to_o alter_v it_o partly_o because_o of_o what_o in_o it_o need_v alternate_a readins_n in_o hymn_n and_o psalm_n and_o litany_n etc._n etc._n and_o that_o upon_o such_o reason_n as_o do_v in_o truth_n enforce_v the_o necessity_n of_o continue_v they_o as_o they_o be_v namely_o for_o edification_n they_o will_v take_v these_o away_o because_o they_o do_v not_o edify_v and_o upon_o that_o very_a reason_n they_o shall_v continue_v because_o they_o do_v edify_v if_o not_o by_o inform_v of_o our_o reason_n and_o understanding_n the_o prayer_n and_o hymn_n be_v never_o make_v for_o a_o catechism_n yet_o by_o quicken_a continue_a and_o unite_n our_o devotion_n attend_v with_o silence_n and_o to_o declare_v their_o assent_n in_o the_o close_n by_o say_v amen_o if_o they_o mean_v that_o the_o people_n in_o public_a service_n must_v only_o say_v this_o word_n
