to_o a_o christian_n every_o day_n be_v a_o sabbath_n day_n and_o therefore_o we_o shall_v not_o restrain_v it_o to_o one_o day_n more_o than_o another_o but_o the_o answer_n to_o this_o be_v that_o ever_o will_v keep_v god_n sabbath_n he_o shall_v have_v his_o hart_n fill_v full_a of_o spiritual_a joy_n god_n will_v give_v he_o the_o spirit_n of_o prayer_n and_o hear_v his_o prayer_n god_n will_v give_v he_o ability_n to_o serve_v he_o and_o accept_v and_o reward_v his_o service_n and_o isai_n 58._o 13._o 14_o if_o one_o will_v keep_v himself_o from_o pollute_a god_n holy_a sabbath_n and_o a_o quiet_a conscience_n and_o shall_v receive_v comfort_n from_o god_n promise_n and_o if_o one_o thrive_v in_o god_n house_n he_o need_v not_o care_v carkinglie_o and_o distrustfullie_o how_o he_o shall_v do_v in_o his_o own_o house_n one_o may_v know_v how_o he_o shall_v speed_v at_o home_n by_o look_v how_o he_o serve_v god_n in_o the_o church_n if_o he_o keep_v a_o holy_a rest_n with_o a_o holy_a hart_n holylie_o he_o shall_v have_v rest_n to_o his_o soul_n peace_n &_o joy_n to_o his_o conscience_n and_o be_v set_v in_o so_o sure_a a_o outward_a estate_n as_o that_o nothing_o but_o that_o you_o shall_v do_v he_o the_o better_a service_n and_o why_o have_v the_o steward_n his_o master_n money_n but_o to_o lay_v it_o out_o for_o his_o master_n profit_n else_o if_o a_o steward_n shall_v say_v i_o have_v the_o keep_n of_o a_o hundred_o or_o two_o of_o pound_n but_o it_o be_v all_o my_o master_n and_o not_o i_o but_o yet_o he_o will_v spend_v it_o frank_o in_o gamn_v that_o meat_n which_o god_n have_v appoint_v to_o feed_v he_o so_o for_o that_o man_n which_o hope_n for_o a_o crop_n he_o will_v not_o sit_v at_o home_n and_o be_v idle_a but_o he_o that_o trust_v that_o god_n will_v give_v he_o a_o good_a harvest_n will_v use_v all_o mean_n he_o will_v plough_v and_o sow_v his_o ground_n &_o leave_v nothing_o undo_v and_o he_o that_o use_v this_o mean_n in_o conscience_n to_o god_n show_v that_o he_o do_v trust_v in_o god_n so_o for_o the_o soul_n if_o you_o say_v i_o trust_v god_n will_v give_v i_o everlasting_a life_n and_o save_v my_o soul_n than_o and_o do_v other_o thing_n which_o god_n have_v appoint_v as_o mean_n of_o salvation_n and_o have_v no_o more_o promise_v to_o save_v any_o without_o they_o then_o that_o any_o shall_v be_v feed_v without_o food_n a_o second_o note_n of_o this_o true_a confidence_n be_v not_o to_o be_v discourage_v when_o we_o want_n the_o mean_n as_o when_o we_o have_v they_o we_o will_v not_o trust_v on_o they_o so_o when_o we_o want_v they_o we_o will_v not_o be_v dismay_v if_o we_o put_v our_o confidence_n in_o god_n for_o the_o hart_n be_v never_o dismay_v till_o the_o hope_n be_v go_v and_o if_o god_n be_v our_o hope_n than_o so_o long_o as_o he_o remain_v our_o comfort_n remain_v but_o this_o be_v the_o miserable_a corruption_n of_o our_o nature_n that_o if_o all_o these_o outward_a thing_n be_v go_v than_o we_o sit_v down_o discontent_v and_o discourage_v and_o think_v that_o our_o case_n be_v desperate_a and_o we_o be_v undo_v but_o if_o riches_n and_o outward_a matter_n flow_v in_o and_o we_o have_v the_o world_n at_o will_n then_o as_o the_o rich_a man_n in_o the_o gosple_n we_o say_v though_o not_o in_o word_n yet_o in_o deed_n soul_n take_v thy_o ease_n now_o thou_o have_v store_v lay_v up_o for_o many_o year_n and_o why_o will_v he_o give_v his_o soul_n allowance_n to_o take_v it_o ease_v not_o because_o his_o hart_n be_v full_a of_o god_n promise_n for_o that_o have_v be_v a_o good_a reason_n and_o a_o sound_n rejoice_v but_o because_o his_o barn_n be_v full_a of_o corn_n and_o this_o be_v to_o withdraw_v his_o hart_n from_o god_n for_o who_o ever_o promise_v himself_o more_o fafetie_n one_o whit_n for_o his_o wealth_n make_v a_o idol_n of_o his_o wealth_n and_o set_v it_o in_o the_o room_n of_o god_n therefore_o job_n prove_v by_o this_o that_o he_o do_v trust_v in_o god_n for_o he_o do_v not_o great_o rejoice_v in_o it_o wealth_n he_o be_v not_o very_o glad_a that_o he_o have_v much_o gold_n and_o many_o cattle_n and_o ground_n for_o he_o know_v god_n do_v not_o love_v he_o one_o jott_v the_o better_a for_o all_o that_o nor_o all_o his_o wealth_n can_v keep_v one_o cross_n from_o he_o or_o prolong_v his_o life_n one_o minute_n of_o a_o hour_n have_v and_o in_o what_o manner_n he_o must_v be_v serve_v and_o all_o his_o attendance_n and_o provision_n but_o much_o more_o absurd_a and_o injurious_a it_o be_v that_o we_o will_v let_v flesh_n and_o blood_n bear_v the_o sway_n in_o his_o worship_n for_o these_o do_v join_v with_o the_o devil_n and_o be_v enmity_n to_o god_n and_o if_o we_o will_v have_v this_o pre-eminence_n in_o our_o house_n and_o that_o our_o servant_n must_v do_v that_o which_o we_o bid_v they_o not_o what_o they_o themselves_o think_v good_a for_o he_o be_v a_o good_a servant_n that_o do_v his_o master_n will_n not_o his_o own_o then_o why_o shall_v not_o we_o think_v it_o right_n that_o god_n must_v be_v lord_n in_o his_o house_n and_o we_o must_v do_v his_o service_n after_o his_o appointment_n and_o not_o superstition_n as_o in_o prayer_n by_o pray_v to_o the_o dead_a and_o for_o the_o dead_a and_o by_o make_v other_o mediator_n than_o christ_n in_o all_o which_o god_n may_v and_o will_v say_v unto_o they_o who_o require_v these_o thing_n at_o your_o hand_n so_o likewise_o in_o the_o sacrament_n for_o the_o lord_n supper_n the_o bread_n must_v be_v conjure_v and_o cross_v and_o likewise_o the_o wine_n or_o else_o they_o think_v it_o be_v not_o sufficient_o sanctify_v but_o where_o have_v god_n word_n command_v any_o of_o these_o thing_n if_o they_o be_v so_o needful_a then_o they_o condemn_v god_n for_o want_n of_o wisdom_n that_o can_v not_o see_v it_o or_o if_o they_o be_v not_o needful_a how_o dare_v they_o be_v so_o bold_a as_o to_o add_v they_o to_o god_n ordinance_n so_o in_o baptism_n they_o have_v add_v spittle_n salt_n and_o cream_n and_o such_o trompery_n all_o which_o be_v wicked_a and_o abominable_a and_o come_v under_o this_o who_o require_v these_o thing_n at_o your_o hand_n so_o for_o the_o ministry_n how_o have_v they_o corrupt_v it_o by_o pope_n cardinal_n abbot_n monk_n friar_n &_o the_o rest_n of_o that_o crew_n and_o then_o they_o have_v appoint_v their_o priest_n to_o offer_v a_o sacrifice_n propitiatory_a for_o quick_a and_o dead_a whereof_o there_o be_v no_o mention_n in_o the_o scripture_n of_o god_n and_o therefore_o there_o can_v be_v no_o blessing_n upon_o they_o for_o they_o proceed_v from_o the_o flesh_n and_o not_o from_o the_o spirit_n &_o spring_v from_o out_o of_o the_o earth_n &_o do_v not_o come_v down_o from_o heaven_n therefore_o also_o we_o be_v to_o be_v exceed_o thankful_a unto_o god_n that_o have_v free_v we_o from_o all_o these_o thing_n and_o that_o we_o be_v teach_v to_o worship_n god_n aright_o teach_v to_o pray_v in_o the_o holy_a ghost_n and_o have_v the_o word_n pure_o and_o sound_o deliver_v unto_o we_o have_v such_o a_o teach_n as_o god_n have_v command_v and_o to_o which_o he_o have_v also_o forbid_v in_o this_o commandment_n namely_o idolatry_n and_o superstition_n now_o as_o this_o false_a worship_n be_v forbid_v in_o this_o commandment_n so_o the_o contrary_a namely_o the_o pure_a and_o holy_a worship_n of_o god_n be_v enjoin_v and_o we_o be_v command_v here_o to_o stand_v for_o and_o to_o practice_v all_o the_o good_a mean_n whereby_o god_n have_v command_v himself_o to_o be_v be_v to_o be_v use_v to_o the_o intent_n that_o we_o may_v the_o more_o sound_o humble_v our_o soul_n before_o god_n and_o be_v reconcile_v unto_o he_o and_o be_v then_o special_o to_o be_v practise_v when_o that_o we_o will_v be_v free_v from_o some_o judgement_n of_o god_n that_o we_o either_o feel_v or_o fear_v or_o else_o when_o we_o will_v obtain_v some_o special_a blessing_n that_o we_o do_v true_a worshipper_n of_o god_n when_o we_o shun_v and_o hate_v all_o false_a worship_n and_o put_v in_o practice_v all_o the_o part_n of_o this_o true_a worship_n of_o the_o true_a god_n so_o much_o
