christ_n his_o apostle_n the_o primitive_a church_n father_n christian_n and_o of_o all_o reform_a protestant_a church_n minister_n in_o which_o most_o of_o our_o anabaptistical_a and_o independent_a minister_n yea_o many_o presbyterian_n now_o imitate_v equal_a and_o far_o exceed_v they_o 1._o that_o the_o custom_n of_o the_o pope_n church_n and_o popish_a clergy_n be_v usual_o to_o administer_v the_o lord_n supper_n to_o the_o people_n but_o once_o or_o twice_o a_o year_n by_o which_o mean_v the_o commandment_n of_o christ_n be_v break_v the_o sacrament_n of_o christ_n neglect_v the_o death_n of_o christ_n not_o so_o earnest_o remember_v the_o people_n become_v unthankful_a dissolute_a in_o life_n vice_n
increase_v virtue_n decrease_v but_o how_o many_o minister_n now_o among_o we_o not_o only_o neglect_v but_o peremptory_o refuse_v to_o administer_v the_o sacrament_n to_o their_o parishioner_n and_o people_n so_o oft_o as_o once_o or_o twice_o every_o year_n at_o certain_a time_n but_o not_o so_o much_o as_o once_o in_o two_o three_o or_o four_o year_n space_n or_o more_o together_o whereby_o all_o the_o forementioned_a sin_n and_o evil_n be_v more_o multiply_v among_o we_o of_o late_a year_n than_o former_o in_o time_n of_o popery_n herein_o therefore_o they_o be_v more_o inexcusable_a and_o blame-worthy_a than_o the_o papist_n who_o they_o exceed_v in_o this_o exorbitancy_n 2_o that_o the_o pope_n and_o popish_a priest_n make_v the_o people_n negligence_n and_o undevotion_n in_o not_o resort_v daily_a and_o frequent_o to_o the_o lord_n supper_n the_o rule_n of_o christ_n religion_n and_o groundwork_n of_o their_o private_a mass_n and_o instead_o of_o control_a rebuke_v the_o people_n for_o not_o repair_v constant_o and_o daily_o to_o this_o sacrament_n they_o suffer_v they_o to_o persevere_v and_o perish_v in_o this_o their_o negligence_n yea_o increase_v their_o negligence_n and_o discourage_v they_o from_o the_o holy_a communion_n whereas_o be_v it_o a_o matter_n of_o tithe_n or_o other_o payment_n they_o shall_v be_v call_v upon_o and_o not_o suffer_v in_o any_o wise_a to_o be_v negligent_a neither_o shall_v their_o negligence_n stand_v for_o excuse_v and_o do_v not_o our_o anabaptistical_a independent_a minister_n creep_v into_o many_o parish_n church_n and_o some_o presbyterian_n likewise_o make_v the_o people_n negligence_n ignorance_n unpreparedness_n undevotion_n the_o very_a groundwork_n of_o their_o cast_n off_o and_o discontinue_v
