these_o barbarous_a confuse_v assembly_n and_o those_o church_n which_o sometime_o be_v right_o gather_v and_o establish_v unto_o the_o faith_n and_o into_o the_o order_n of_o christ_n and_o so_o all_o mr._n giffards_n labour_n and_o pain_n herein_o be_v lose_v neither_o will_v this_o conclusion_n follow_v that_o because_o it_o cease_v not_o to_o be_v a_o church_n by_o and_o by_o where_o the_o open_a wicked_a be_v not_o separate_v because_o the_o church_n sometime_o may_v fall_v into_o such_o sin_n of_o ignorance_n or_o of_o negligence_n therefore_o the_o godly_a be_v not_o defile_v which_o communicate_v with_o these_o open_a wicked_a in_o prayer_n sacrament_n and_o other_o spiritual_a exercise_n may_v he_o not_o aswell_o conclude_v that_o because_o it_o cease_v not_o to_o be_v a_o church_n hereupon_o therefore_o it_o be_v no_o sin_n but_o if_o it_o be_v a_o sin_n in_o the_o whole_a church_n then_o be_v the_o whole_a church_n guilty_a of_o &_o defile_v with_o that_o sin_n now_o as_o mr._n giffard_n labour_v to_o draw_v this_o conclusion_n so_o strive_v he_o to_o prove_v this_o proposition_n that_o the_o admission_n of_o the_o open_a wicked_a &_o impenitent_a to_o the_o table_n of_o the_o lord_n do_v not_o defile_v either_o the_o sacrament_n or_o the_o faithful_a receiver_n hereunto_o he_o have_v gather_v a_o few_o stale_a reason_n 1._o as_o that_o the_o wickedness_n estate_n and_o not_o the_o heart_n and_o conscience_n of_o any_o yet_o this_o their_o ministry_n be_v unavayleable_a to_o themselves_o and_o make_v to_o their_o own_o great_a condemnation_n but_o where_o the_o minister_n be_v detect_v of_o and_o remain_v obstinate_a in_o any_o transgression_n his_o ministration_n be_v not_o acceptable_a to_o the_o lord_n neither_o aught_o to_o be_v suffer_v or_o join_v unto_o of_o the_o church_n the_o lord_n be_v sanctify_v of_o all_o that_o come_v near_o unto_o he_o under_o the_o law_n he_o require_v a_o holy_a ministry_n to_o serve_v in_o the_o priest_n office_n without_o outward_a main_n or_o bleamish_a lest_o he_o defile_v the_o holy_a thing_n of_o the_o lord_n the_o offering_n of_o any_o other_o be_v not_o acceptable_a to_o the_o lord_n it_o be_v also_o write_v that_o the_o sacrifice_n of_o the_o wicked_a be_v a_o abomination_n to_o the_o lord_n as_o if_o they_o cut_v off_o a_o dog_n head_n or_o offer_v swine_n blood_n they_o have_v nought_o to_o do_v to_o declare_v the_o lord_n ordinance_n that_o hate_v to_o be_v reform_v and_o cast_v his_o word_n behind_o they_o the_o church_n ought_v not_o only_o to_o forbid_v such_o to_o administer_v but_o to_o cast_v they_o out_o of_o the_o fellowship_n which_o if_o the_o church_n neglect_n and_o refuse_v to_o do_v they_o be_v they_o guilty_a of_o the_o open_a or_o wilful_a breach_n of_o god_n holy_a ordinance_n in_o suffer_v his_o holy_a name_n and_o ministry_n to_o be_v profane_v yea_o in_o join_v thereunto_o and_o rejoice_v therein_o the_o example_n by_o he_o allege_v no_o ever_o to_o be_v esteem_v most_o holy_a be_v lawful_o administer_v otherwise_o they_o be_v not_o the_o offering_n of_o the_o lord_n the_o people_n then_o as_o now_o grow_v into_o atheism_n and_o all_o impiety_n abhor_v all_o god_n worship_n and_o refuse_v to_o be_v at_o any_o charge_n love_v the_o creature_n better_o than_o the_o creator_n by_o see_v the_o great_a insolency_n and_o inreverence_n of_o the_o preste_n touch_v the_o scribe_n and_o pharasy_n we_o have_v already_o say_v enough_o to_o his_o other_o allegation_n that_o the_o faithful_a be_v not_o defile_v by_o communicate_v with_o the_o open_a and_o obstinate_a wicked_a in_o the_o supper_n of_o the_o lord_n and_o other_o spiritual_a exercise_n because_o they_o touch_v not_o the_o sin_n of_o the_o wicked_a but_o the_o holy_a thing_n of_o god_n &c_n &c_n sure_o this_o be_v very_o odd_a divinity_n contrary_a to_o all_o the_o ground_n of_o scripture_n that_o we_o have_v read_v of_o we_o have_v
