presbyter_n as_o their_o brethren_n it_o be_v well_o know_v that_o the_o prelate_n assume_v and_o arrogate_a unto_o themselves_o to_o be_v the_o only_a pastor_n of_o their_o diocese_n and_o rule_v all_o the_o minister_n and_o people_n under_o they_o by_o their_o own_o authority_n and_o spoil_v all_o both_o minister_n and_o people_n and_o the_o several_a congregation_n under_o they_o of_o their_o liberty_n and_o make_v they_o all_o both_o minister_n and_o people_n their_o vassal_n and_o slave_n and_o from_o whose●_n ourt_v there_o be_v no_o appeal_n whereas_o the_o presbyterian_a manner_n of_o government_n be_v not_o as_o that_o of_o lord_n and_o master_n o●er_v subject_n and_o servant_n but_o social_a as_o between_o equal_n between_o brethren_n friend_n and_o colleague_n who_o all_o judge_n &_o be_v al●_n judge_v according_a to_o the_o word_n of_o god_n where_o no_o congregation_n be_v above_o another_o congregation_n no_o minister_n be_v above_o another_o minister_n but_o only_o for_o order-sake_n where_o every_o presbyter_n be_v leave_v to_o enjoy_v the_o whole_a office_n of_o a_o presbyter_n and_o each_o congregation_n to_o the_o freedom_n of_o a_o congregation_n and_o what_o belong_v unto_o they_o and_o they_o able_a to_o perform_v it_o and_o the_o class_n to_o corroborate_v and_o strengthen_v they_o and_o if_o any_o man_n be_v wrong_v by_o the_o presbytery_n he_o may_v have_v the_o benefit_n of_o his_o appeal_n and_o be_v clear_v by_o more_o righteous_a judge_n a_o course_n ever_o follow_v by_o the_o church_n and_o agreeable_a to_o
