that_o both_o magistracy_n and_o ministry_n be_v of_o god_n whatsoever_o the_o magistrate_n or_o minister_n be_v if_o you_o will_v not_o deliver_v your_o second_o difference_n otherwise_o than_o you_o have_v i_o answer_v first_o that_o the_o magistracy_n of_o pilate_n licinius_n etc._n etc._n be_v of_o god_n though_o his_o majesty_n detest_v such_o magistrate_n second_o that_o though_o ignorant_a 51._o r._n some_o there_o be_v some_o good_a thing_n i_o confess_v in_o the_o worst_a government_n therefore_o the_o philosopher_n resolution_n be_v that_o it_o be_v better_a to_o live_v under_o a_o tyrant_n then_o under_o no_o governor_n in_o this_o last_o difference_n of_o you_o you_o give_v i_o some_o advantage_n for_o the_o corrupt_a magistrate_n have_v and_o may_v pervert_v justice_n that_o be_v sell_v the_o righteous_a for_o silver_n and_o the_o poor_a for_o shoe_n but_o the_o ignorant_a minister_n can_v pervert_v the_o sacrament_n which_o be_v god_n ordinance_n and_o you_o have_v give_v out_o often_o in_o your_o treatise_n that_o you_o deny_v they_o not_o to_o be_v the_o sacrament_n of_o baptism_n and_o the_o holy_a supper_n which_o be_v deliver_v by_o unpreach_v minister_n you_o confess_v in_o this_o place_n that_o magistracy_n be_v the_o ordinance_n of_o god_n you_o say_v very_o true_o but_o in_o your_o addition_n whither_o you_o refer_v i_o you_o have_v handle_v
