party_n in_o the_o marriage_n covenant_n as_o before_o but_o have_v excommunicate_v the_o party_n innocent_a for_o so_o do_v this_o in_o deed_n we_o have_v hold_v the_o most_o of_o we_o heretofore_o lord_n and_o for_o the_o church_n &_o the_o minister_n duty_n therein_o that_o it_o be_v only_o to_o teach_v and_o require_v of_o they_o repentance_n after_o the_o example_n of_o christ_n joh._n 8.10.11_o or_o else_o to_o see_v they_o cast_v out_o of_o the_o church_n according_a to_o the_o apostle_n doctrine_n 1_o cor._n 5.11.12.13_o this_o be_v that_o which_o now_o the_o most_o of_o we_o the_o constitution_n of_o our_o church_n touch_v the_o case_n and_o excommunication_n of_o h._n c._n and_o e._n h._n his_o wife_n of_o which_o he_o speak_v both_o here_o and_o afterward_o again_o how_o will_v he_o prove_v the_o person_n speak_v of_o to_o be_v repentant_a
