not_o my_o knowledge_n of_o a_o thing_n and_o that_o i_o be_o to_o do_v it_o but_o my_o knowledge_n that_o it_o be_v god_n will_n or_o my_o knowledge_n of_o his_o judgement_n of_o the_o thing_n to_o be_v the_o same_o with_o i_o that_o make_v it_o conscience_n i_o think_v i_o be_o full_a enough_o now_o you_o may_v then_o object_n that_o i_o sometime_o seem_v in_o that_o book_n to_o make_v the_o obligation_n of_o the_o outward_a man_n to_o be_v negative_a not_o to_o rebel_v and_o another_o time_n to_o be_v positive_a also_o to_o some_o act_n i_o answer_v it_o be_v true_a that_o from_o the_o beginning_n i_o do_v make_v the_o obligation_n of_o the_o outward_a man_n to_o lie_v in_o both_o these_o a_o necessity_n never_o to_o resist_v and_o upon_o that_o necessity_n to_o act_n rather_o than_o suffer_v but_o interest_n of_o fear_n or_o self_n preservation_n bind_v the_o reason_n as_o well_o as_o the_o sense_n i_o say_v true_a and_o that_o there_o be_v the_o reason_n then_o of_o the_o our_o governor_n the_o other_o be_v about_o the_o particular_a matter_n of_o it_o whether_o the_o present_a imposition_n of_o conformity_n do_v keep_v within_o that_o compass_n and_o consequent_o be_v lawful_a or_o unlawful_a the_o latter_a of_o these_o be_v the_o pitch_a field_n between_o the_o conformist_n and_o nonconformist_a and_o neither_o of_o we_o have_v a_o mind_n to_o enter_v into_o it_o only_o i_o will_v offer_v thus_o much_o by_o the_o way_n the_o conformist_n general_o do_v hold_v that_o the_o thing_n we_o differ_v about_o be_v indifferent_a and_o consequent_o thae_n they_o may_v be_v remove_v out_o of_o the_o church_n by_o authority_n without_o sin_n the_o nonconformist_n say_v general_o they_o shall_v sin_v if_o they_o obey_v they_o what_o then_o be_v to_o be_v do_v in_o the_o case_n but_o if_o my_o friend_n be_v weak_a and_o can_v indeed_o come_v to_o i_o i_o must_v go_v to_o my_o
in_o the_o matter_n of_o religion_n they_o be_v not_o able_a to_o say_v thus_o far_o as_o far_o as_o conscience_n even_o to_o these_o confine_n and_o it_o must_v go_v no_o far_o it_o be_v god_n authority_n must_v be_v first_o that_o of_o the_o conscience_n next_o and_o then_o the_o magistrate_n so_o long_o as_o the_o magistrate_n command_v trespass_v not_o upon_o conscience_n they_o be_v within_o his_o proper_a territory_n but_o if_o they_o require_v any_o thing_n against_o that_o they_o be_v go_v beyond_o their_o bound_n and_o their_o authority_n cease_v the_o truth_n be_v there_o be_v but_o god_n authority_n and_o man_n in_o all_o and_o the_o conscience_n have_v god_n authority_n which_o must_v therefore_o be_v over_o man_v there_o be_v no_o determination_n almost_o in_o any_o
