which_o produce_v such_o and_o so_o many_o petition_n for_o the_o settle_n of_o the_o militia_n and_o help_a ireland_n and_o out_v the_o bishop_n and_o popish_a lord_n out_o of_o the_o house_n of_o peer_n whether_o their_o refuse_v to_o concur_v in_o the_o relief_n of_o ireland_n and_o in_o secure_v the_o kingdom_n even_o in_o petition_v the_o king_n for_o the_o settle_n of_o the_o militia_n which_o yet_o the_o king_n after_o acknowledge_v necessary_a to_o be_v settle_v be_v not_o the_o true_a and_o only_a cause_n of_o those_o tumult_n that_o be_v and_o if_o so_o where_o be_v their_o judgement_n to_o see_v the_o mean_n of_o safety_n or_o their_o conscience_n to_o provide_v for_o it_o and_o then_o whether_o their_o own_o guilt_n do_v not_o more_o send_v or_o drive_v they_o away_o than_o any_o violence_n of_o the_o tumult_n which_o tumult_n yet_o i_o approve_v not_o nor_o ever_o do_v but_o if_o god_n so_o punish_v those_o that_o will_v not_o discharge_v the_o trust_n it_o be_v easy_a to_o answer_v that_o question_n why_o so_o many_o remain_v shall_v see_v more_o that_o be_v better_a then_o thrice_o so_o many_o if_o so_o many_o dissent_v and_o withdraw_v as_o for_o the_o council_n beside_o and_o that_o he_o have_v many_o reason_n to_o persuade_v he_o to_o consent_v to_o their_o free_a and_o unanimous_a vote_n all_o this_o be_v most_o unreasonable_a as_o the_o
