be_v several_a instance_n of_o person_n beside_o live_v in_o the_o breach_n of_o other_o statute_n the_o sin_n of_o the_o nonconformist_n against_o this_o act_n must_v come_v under_o thosâ—_n more_o heinous_a aggravation_n that_o when_o such_o be_v excuse_v yet_o as_o for_o thâ—se_a we_o may_v find_v he_o have_v reason_n to_o say_v what_o he_o do_v not_o to_o use_v any_o other_o than_o his_o own_o word_n and_o what_o be_v that_o then_o he_o will_v acknowledge_v â—e_n have_v say_v i_o never_o say_v that_o no_o man_n can_v be_v a_o good_a christian_n that_o transgress_v a_o act_n of_o parliament_n nor_o that_o every_o transgression_n of_o a_o statute_n be_v a_o deadly_a sin_n those_o be_v invention_n of_o his_o own_o upon_o occasion_n of_o a_o single_a instance_n which_o i_o give_v book_n and_o see_v how_o he_o can_v come_v of_o thus_o the_o nonconformist_n speak_v of_o his_o minister_n the_o matter_n be_v thuâ—_n usher_v in_o how_o can_v he_o be_v a_o minister_n of_o christ_n say_v the_o conformist_n who_o be_v disobedient_a to_o his_o sovereign_n who_o christ_n blas_fw-es to_o obey_v and_o then_o instance_v wherein_o he_o urge_v this_o oxford_n act_n and_o conclude_v therefore_o he_o be_v not_o a_o good_a subject_n and_o consequent_o no_o good_a christian_n or_o minister_n of_o christ_n let_v any_o man_n judge_v here_o whether_o these_o word_n how_o can_v he_o be_v a_o minister_n of_o christ_n who_o be_v disobedient_a to_o his_o sovereign_n be_v not_o equivalent_a with_o this_o proposition_n no_o man_n that_o be_v disobedient_a to_o his_o sovereign_n be_v a_o minister_n of_o christ_n with_o what_o face_n then_o can_v he_o accuse_v i_o with_o draw_v a_o universal_a proposition_n from_o his_o word_n when_o there_o be_v one_o express_v in_o the_o book_n and_o from_o thence_o this_o conclusion_n be_v deduce_v i_o never_o say_v do_v he_o mean_v these_o be_v not_o his_o very_a word_n away_o i_o nor_o do_v i_o say_v they_o be_v but_o do_v not_o what_o he_o say_v amount_v plain_o to_o this_o very_a sense_n i_o prove_v it_o therefore_o say_v he_o he_o be_v not_o a_o good_a subject_n and_o consequent_o not_o asleep_o good_a christian_n i_o argue_v with_o he_o from_o hence_o this_o person_n be_v a_o man_n of_o reason_n and_o logic_n here_o then_o be_v a_o conclusion_n no_o conclusion_n can_v be_v good_a but_o from_o a_o universal_a proposition_n this_o universal_a proposition_n must_v be_v this_o that_o whosoever_o iâ—_n disobedient_a to_o his_o sovereign_n or_o transgress_v a_o act_n of_o parliament_n be_v no_o good_a christian_n and_o the_o universal_a proposition_n in_o his_o book_n be_v this_o which_o howsoever_o we_o understand_v to_o help_v he_o out_o that_o he_o mean_v whosoever_o transgress_v any_o act_n of_o parliament_n in_o such_o a_o high_a and_o heinous_a manner_n as_o the_o nonconformist_a do_v the_o oxford_n act_n yet_o still_o be_v a_o universal_a proposition_n either_o this_o person_n therefore_o must_v renounce_v the_o word_n in_o his_o book_n as_o illogical_o or_o false_o conclude_v which_o yet_o he_o can_v do_v neither_o but_o by_o acknowledge_v the_o universallty_n and_o the_o deny_v the_o truth_n of_o the_o proposition_n or_o else_o he_o must_v be_v ashamed_a here_o of_o this_o unjust_a accusation_n of_o i_o who_o have_v do_v but_o right_a to_o he_o but_o if_o this_o denial_n will_v not_o serve_v he_o he_o be_v noâ—_n destitute_a of_o other_o shift_n there_o be_v no_o occasion_n say_v he_o for_o thiâ—_n question_n whether_o every_o transgression_n of_o a_o statute_n be_v no_o less_o than_o a_o deadly_a sin_n unless_o he_o be_v of_o opinion_n that_o all_o sin_n be_v equal_a by_o these_o word_n he_o do_v seem_v manifest_o here_o to_o make_v some_o escape_n upon_o that_o term_n deadly_a sin_n and_o then_o he_o must_v distinguish_v between_o sin_n and_o deadly_a sin_n which_o no_o protestant_n will_v allow_v he_o to_o do_v who_o say_v that_o all_o siâ—_n be_v mortal_a &_o there_o be_v nothing_o else_o intend_v by_o a_o deadly_a sin_n but_o a_o sin_n that_o deserve_v or_o make_v one_o guilty_a of_o death_n indeed_o if_o this_o person_n can_v tell_v i_o of_o any_o little_a sin_n in_o opposition_n to_o a_o great_a which_o a_o man_n may_v know_o and_o wilful_o live_v in_o without_o repentance_n unto_o death_n and_o it_o shall_v not_o damn_v he_o or_o do_v he_o hurt_v than_o i_o shall_v like_v well_o of_o his_o come_n off_o here_o upon_o this_o term_n but_o if_o he_o can_v then_o will_v not_o this_o serve_v he_o must_v seek_v another_o shift_n and_o what_o be_v that_o in_o the_o next_o place_n for_o he_o be_v bring_v here_o into_o a_o shuffle_a condition_n that_o be_v plain_a why_o we_o must_v distinguish_v between_o a_o wilful_a live_n only_o in_o the_o transgression_n of_o a_o law_n and_o the_o
