the_o precedent_n or_o vice-president_n of_o the_o council_n establish_v in_o the_o north_n or_o march_n of_o wales_n xxxvi_o provide_v no_o person_n shall_v be_v impeach_v of_o misprision_n of_o treason_n for_o any_o offence_n make_v treason_n by_o this_o act_n other_o than_o such_o as_o be_v hereby_o declare_v to_o be_v in_o case_n of_o misprision_n of_o treason_n xxxvii_o if_o any_o shall_v default_n and_o if_o they_o so_o forbear_v by_o the_o space_n of_o twelve_o month_n after_o certificate_n thereof_o make_v by_o the_o ordinary_a into_o the_o king_n bench_n a_o justice_n of_o assize_n
