ubique_fw-la iaceo_fw-la whereas_o in_o presbyterial_a government_n the_o party_n offend_v may_v easy_o be_v redress_v and_o get_v satisfaction_n as_o not_o have_v need_n so_o to_o post_v up_o and_o down_o to_o be_v at_o so_o great_a charge_n or_o to_o attend_v their_o conveniency_n for_o by_o a_o simple_a appeal_n he_o may_v bind_v the_o church_n offend_v to_o appear_v at_o the_o day_n appoint_v 15._o what_o if_o there_o shall_v fall_v out_o a_o hundred_o such_o offence_n in_o a_o small_a time_n must_v so_o many_o church_n evermore_o gather_v together_o for_o every_o one_o of_o they_o apart_o 16._o what_o if_o church_n be_v poor_a and_o can_v be_v at_o so_o great_a expense_n then_o in_o that_o case_n it_o shall_v seem_v there_o be_v no_o order_n to_o meet_v with_o offence_n and_o as_o away_o all_o mistake_n and_o captious_a evasion_n we_o suppose_v that_o our_o church_n arrogate_v to_o themselves_o no_o imperial_a or_o magisterial_a but_o only_o a_o ministerial_a power_n or_o answ_n we_o deny_v the_o assumption_n they_o prove_v it_o for_o that_o christ_n give_v no_o power_n to_o church_n to_o excommunicate_v their_o neighbour_n church_n answ_n 1._o this_o be_v again_o another_o mistake_n in_o our_o brethren_n for_o they_o suppose_v that_o we_o excommunicate_v whole_a church_n which_o we_o never_o do_v 2._o neither_o believe_v i_o that_o they_o can_v bring_v we_o any_o example_n of_o it_o the_o reason_n why_o we_o do_v not_o so_o be_v because_o whole_a church_n ordinary_o among_o we_o contemn_v not_o the_o superior_a ecclesiastical_a power_n viz._n of_o another_o mistake_n to_o suppose_v that_o there_o be_v no_o excommunication_n but_o in_o give_v the_o offender_n over_o to_o satan_n that_o be_v indeed_o the_o high_a degree_n of_o excommunication_n but_o not_o all_o the_o degree_n of_o it_o for_o there_o be_v another_o less_o and_o inferior_a viz._n in_o separate_v he_o from_o ecclesiastical_a communion_n and_o so_o it_o be_v yet_o another_o mistake_n in_o you_o to_o think_v that_o in_o declare_v your_o non-communion_n with_o other_o church_n you_o do_v not_o excommunicate_v they_o for_o what_o be_v excommunication_n but_o a_o privation_n of_o communion_n the_o very_a word_n itself_o teach_v we_o all_o this_o 6._o if_o any_o such_o case_n shall_v extraordinary_o fall_v out_o how_o can_v it_o be_v deny_v but_o that_o the_o particular_a church_n offend_v may_v be_v excommunicate_v by_o the_o rest_n of_o the_o church_n offend_v if_o the_o offence_n shall_v deserve_v it_o 1._o for_o we_o find_v nothing_o in_o scripture_n to_o the_o contrary_n 2._o for_o there_o be_v the_o same_o reason_n for_o the_o excommunication_n of_o whole_a church_n as_o of_o particular_a person_n viz._n the_o take_v away_o of_o scandal_n and_o the_o conversion_n of_o the_o sinner_n 1_o cor._n 5.5_o 2_o cor._n 2.7_o 2_o thes_n 3.14_o 1_o tim._n 1.20_o and_o that_o such_o a_o contagion_n infect_v not_o other_o 1_o cor._n 5_o 6_o 7._o and_o if_o a_o particular_a man_n may_v be_v excommunicate_v for_o deny_v and_o blaspheme_v of_o christ_n wherefore_o shall_v not_o a_o particular_a church_n be_v excommunicate_v for_o the_o like_a sin_n neither_o
