obey_v and_o perform_v her_o majesty_n law_n and_o statute_n in_o repair_v to_o the_o church_n and_o hear_v divine_a service_n and_o do_v my_o uttermost_a endeavour_n to_o perfom_v the_o same_o the_o minister_n of_o every_o parish_n where_o such_o submission_n and_o declaration_n shall_v be_v make_v shall_v present_o enter_v the_o same_o into_o a_o book_n to_o be_v keep_v by_o every_o parish_n for_o that_o purpose_n and_o within_o ten_o day_n after_o certify_v the_o same_o in_o write_v to_o the_o bishop_n of_o the_o diocese_n if_o any_o such_o offendor_n after_o such_o submission_n shall_v afterward_o relapse_n and_o obstinate_o refuse_v to_o repair_v to_o some_o church_n or_o usual_a place_n of_o divine_a service_n or_o shall_v be_v present_a at_o any_o such_o conventicle_n etc._n etc._n under_o colour_n of_o exercise_n of_o religion_n contrary_a to_o her_o majesty_n law_n that_o then_o every_o such_o offendor_n shall_v lose_v the_o benefit_n he_o may_v have_v have_v by_o virtue_n of_o his_o submission_n if_o any_o person_n shall_v hereafter_o relieve_v maintain_v or_o keep_v in_o his_o house_n or_o otherwise_o any_o person_n which_o shall_v obstinate_o refuse_v to_o come_v to_o some_o church_n or_o usual_a place_n of_o common-prayer_n or_o shall_v forbear_v the_o same_o by_o the_o space_n of_o a_o month_n that_o then_o every_o such_o person_n so_o offend_v after_o such_o notice_n give_v he_o by_o the_o ordinary_a of_o the_o diocese_n or_o any_o justice_n of_o assize_n of_o the_o circuit_n or_o any_o justice_n of_o peace_n of_o the_o county_n or_o any_o minister_n curate_n or_o churchwarden_n of_o the_o parish_n where_o such_o person_n shall_v be_v shall_v forfeit_v to_o the_o queen_n for_o every_o person_n so_o relieve_v after_o such_o notice_n forty_o pound_n for_o every_o month_n that_o he_o or_o they_o shall_v relieve_v etc._n etc._n any_o person_n so_o offend_v this_o act_n shall_v in_o no_o wise_n extend_v to_o punish_v or_o impeach_v any_o person_n for_o relieve_v or_o keep_v his_o father_n wife_n mother_n child_n ward_n brother_n or_o sister_n or_o his_o wife_n father_n or_o mother_n not_o have_v any_o certain_a place_n of_o habitation_n of_o their_o own_o or_o the_o husband_n or_o wife_n of_o any_o of_o they_o or_o for_o relieve_v maintain_v or_o keep_v any_o such_o person_n as_o shall_v be_v commit_v by_o authority_n to_o the_o custody_n of_o any_o by_o who_o they_o shall_v be_v so_o relieve_v or_o maintain_v these_o two_o last_o clause_n be_v repeal_v by_o the_o 3_o jac._n 4._o all_o duty_n forfeiture_n and_o payment_n due_a to_o the_o queen_n by_o virtue_n of_o this_o act_n or_o the_o act_n of_o the_o 23_o of_o eliz._n concern_v recusant_n may_v be_v recover_v and_o levy_v to_o her_o majesty_n use_n by_o action_n of_o debt_n bill_n plaint_n information_n or_o otherwise_o in_o any_o of_o the_o court_v call_v the_o king_n bench_n common-plea_n or_o exchequer_n in_o such_o sort_n as_o by_o the_o ordinary_a course_n of_o the_o common-law_n any_o other_o debt_n due_a by_o any_o person_n in_o any_o other_o case_n may_v be_v recover_v or_o levy_v where_o no_o essoin_fw-fr protection_n or_o wager_n of_o law_n be_v admit_v the_o three_o part_n of_o the_o penalty_n have_v or_o receive_v by_o virtue_n of_o this_o act_n shall_v be_v employ_v and_o bestow_v to_o such_o good_a and_o charitable_a use_n in_o such_o manner_n and_o form_n as_o be_v limit_v and_o appoint_v in_o the_o statute_n make_v in_o the_o 29_o eliz._n c._n 6._o concern_v recusant_n no_o popish_a recusant_n or_o feme_fw-fr covert_n shall_v be_v compel_v to_o abjure_v by_o this_o act._n every_o person_n that_o shall_v abjure_v by_o virtue_n of_o this_o act_n and_o refuse_v be_v thereunto_o require_v as_o aforesaid_a shall_v forfeit_v to_o the_o queen_n all_o his_o good_n and_o chattel_n for_o ever_o and_o his_o land_n and_o tenement_n during_o life_n the_o wife_n of_o any_o such_o offendor_n shall_v not_o lose_v her_o dowry_n nor_o any_o corruption_n of_o blood_n shall_v grow_v or_o be_v by_o reason_n of_o any_o offence_n mention_v in_o this_o act._n every_o person_n above_o sixteen_o year_n of_o age_n bear_v within_o any_o of_o the_o 2._o stat._n 35_o eliz._n cap._n 2._o queen_n dominion_n or_o make_v a_o denizen_n be_v a_o popish_a recusant_n and_o before_o the_o end_n of_o that_o session_n of_o parliament_n convict_v for_o not_o repair_v to_o some_o church_n or_o usual_a place_n of_o divine-service_n but_o forbear_v the_o same_o contrary_a to_o the_o law_n establish_v and_o have_v a_o certain_a place_n of_o abode_n within_o the_o realm_n shall_v within_o forty_o day_n next_o after_o the_o session_n of_o parliament_n if_o they_o be_v in_o the_o realm_n and_o not_o restrain_v by_o imprisonment_n or_o by_o command_n of_o
