foot_n or_o as_o ride_v upon_o a_o ass_n or_o as_o converse_v among_o sinner_n and_o last_o choose_v to_o die_v between_o thief_n these_o and_o many_o such_o other_o instance_n of_o condescension_n argue_v the_o most_o profound_a humility_n that_o can_v be_v imagine_v and_o withal_o how_o concern_v our_o lord_n be_v to_o commend_v and_o endear_v this_o most_o excellent_a duty_n to_o the_o good_a be_v certain_a for_o if_o they_o be_v we_o shall_v then_o find_v rest_n and_o satisfaction_n in_o they_o but_o this_o we_o be_v so_o far_o from_o do_v that_o we_o be_v as_o dissatisfy_v under_o our_o enjoyment_n as_o without_o they_o for_o though_o by_o fruition_n our_o appetite_n be_v abate_v as_o to_o that_o particular_a object_n which_o we_o prosecute_v yet_o still_o we_o desire_v on_o further_a and_o our_o general_a thirst_n after_o happiness_n be_v as_o unsatisfied_a as_o ever_o which_o plain_o argue_v that_o our_o true_a good_a be_v not_o to_o be_v find_v in_o these_o thing_n but_o that_o they_o be_v altogether_o vanity_n and_o vexation_n to_o place_v therefore_o our_o happiness_n in_o such_o object_n be_v utter_o absurd_a and_o against_o reason_n and_o argue_v we_o to_o be_v gross_o ignorant_a of_o one_o of_o the_o two_o thing_n either_o of_o ourselves_o or_o of_o the_o thing_n of_o the_o world_n we_o be_v either_o ignorant_a of_o the_o dignity_n and_o excellence_n of_o our_o nature_n of_o the_o design_n and_o end_n of_o our_o creation_n and_o of_o the_o strength_n and_o capacity_n of_o our_o appetite_n which_o can_v be_v satisfy_v with_o nothing_o less_o than_o infinite_a or_o if_o we_o do_v know_v and_o consider_v all_o this_o than_o we_o be_v so_o much_o the_o more_o gross_o ignorant_a of_o the_o world_n about_o we_o to_o think_v there_o be_v any_o thing_n to_o be_v have_v in_o this_o circle_n of_o vanity_n that_o may_v satisfy_v the_o importunity_n of_o such_o crave_v and_o capacious_a appetite_n poverty_n of_o spirit_n therefore_o be_v reasonable_a because_o the_o thing_n of_o the_o world_n be_v not_o our_o true_a good_n but_o this_o be_v the_o least_o part_n of_o their_o charge_n they_o be_v not_o only_o insufficient_a to_o be_v our_o true_a good_a themselves_o but_o they_o also_o second_o hinder_v and_o divert_v we_o from_o that_o which_o real_o be_v so_o for_o not_o to_o mention_v the_o many_o snare_n and_o temptation_n of_o a_o great_a fortune_n and_o what_o a_o dangerous_a thing_n it_o be_v to_o be_v always_o furnish_v with_o all_o the_o possibility_n and_o opportunity_n of_o sin_n and_o folly_n i_o only_o observe_v that_o the_o very_a desire_n of_o these_o earthly_a thing_n divert_v we_o and_o take_v we_o off_o from_o the_o love_n of_o god_n when_o our_o love_n be_v divide_v even_o among_o create_a object_n the_o force_n
