rest_n nor_o do_v get_v so_o much_o as_o a_o cold_a all_o that_o winter_n though_o i_o do_v not_o remember_v that_o for_o 14_o or_o 15_o year_n before_o i_o can_v ever_o say_v i_o be_v one_o month_n free_a of_o a_o most_o violent_a cough_n which_o if_o i_o have_v be_v molest_v with_o then_o will_v have_v be_v a_o great_a addition_n to_o he_o and_o my_o affliction_n and_o he_o be_v not_o a_o little_a take_v with_o the_o goodness_n of_o god_n to_o i_o in_o the_o time_n of_o all_o his_o sickness_n but_o especial_o that_o winter_n for_o he_o be_v not_o able_a to_o help_v himself_o in_o the_o least_o i_o can_v not_o be_v from_o he_o night_n nor_o day_n with_o any_o comfort_n to_o he_o or_o myself_o in_o this_o condition_n he_o keep_v his_o bed_n till_o december_n the_o 18_o and_o then_o beyond_o all_o expectation_n though_o in_o the_o depth_n of_o winter_n begin_v to_o revive_v and_o go_v out_o of_o his_o bed_n but_o he_o can_v neither_o stand_v nor_o go_v nor_o yet_o move_v a_o finger_n have_v sense_n in_o all_o his_o limb_n but_o not_o the_o least_o motion_n as_o his_o strength_n do_v increase_v he_o learn_v to_o go_v as_o he_o will_v say_v first_o by_o be_v lead_v by_o two_o of_o we_o then_o by_o one_o and_o when_o he_o can_v go_v one_o turn_n in_o his_o chamber_n though_o more_o weak_o and_o with_o more_o fear_n than_o the_o weak_a child_n that_o ever_o i_o see_v he_o be_v wonderful_o take_v with_o the_o lord_n mercy_n to_o he_o by_o february_n he_o be_v able_a with_o a_o little_a help_n to_o walk_v in_o the_o street_n but_o not_o to_o feed_v himself_o nor_o to_o go_v up_o or_o down_o stair_n without_o much_o help_n when_o he_o be_v deprive_v of_o the_o use_n of_o his_o limb_n look_v down_o on_o his_o arm_n as_o i_o hold_v he_o up_o by_o all_o the_o strength_n i_o have_v he_o again_o list_v up_o his_o eye_n from_o his_o useless_a arm_n to_o heaven_n and_o with_o a_o cheerful_a countenance_n say_v the_o lord_n have_v give_v and_o the_o lord_n have_v take_v and_o bless_v be_v the_o name_n of_o the_o lord_n be_v ask_v by_o a_o friend_n how_o he_o can_v be_v so_o well_o content_v to_o lie_v so_o long_o under_o such_o weakness_n he_o answer_v what_o be_v god_n my_o father_n jesus_n christ_n my_o saviour_n and_o the_o spirit_n my_o sweet_a friend_n my_o comforter_n and_o sanctifier_n and_o heaven_n my_o inheritance_n shall_v i_o not_o be_v content_a without_o limb_n and_o health_n through_o grace_n i_o be_o full_o satisfy_v with_o my_o father_n pleasure_n to_o another_o that_o ask_v he_o the_o same_o he_o answer_v i_o have_v choose_v god_n and_o he_o be_v become_v i_o and_o i_o know_v with_o who_o i_o have_v trust_v myself_o which_o be_v enough_o he_o be_v a_o unreasonable_a wretch_n that_o can_v be_v content_a with_o a_o god_n consider_v how_o much_o he_o do_v out_o of_o a_o little_a estate_n and_o therefore_o may_v seem_v strange_a to_o other_o moreover_o when_o he_o have_v receive_v any_o more_o than_o ordinary_a mercy_n at_o the_o hand_n of_o god_n his_o manner_n be_v to_o set_v apart_o some_o considerable_a portion_n out_o of_o his_o estate_n and_o dedicate_v it_o to_o the_o lord_n as_o a_o thank-offering_a to_o be_v lay_v out_o for_o his_o glory_n in_o pious_a and_o charitable_a uses_n when_o i_o have_v beg_v he_o to_o consider_v himself_o and_o i_o he_o will_v answer_v i_o he_o be_v lay_v up_o and_o god_n and_o silence_v god_n have_v often_o so_o strange_o and_o unexpected_o provide_v for_o we_o and_o notwithstanding_o all_o he_o have_v do_v he_o have_v at_o last_o somewhat_o to_o dispose_v of_o to_o his_o relation_n and_o to_o his_o brethren_n beside_o comfortable_a provision_n for_o i_o thus_o his_o whole_a life_n be_v a_o continual_a sermon_n hold_v forth_o evident_o the_o doctrine_n he_o one_o that_o have_v do_v well_o there_o be_v two_o thing_n say_v he_o that_o we_o must_v special_o look_v to_o after_o well_o do_v and_o the_o special_a taste_n of_o the_o love_n of_o god_n 1._o that_o we_o grow_v not_o proud_a of_o it_o and_o so_o lose_v all_o 2._o that_o we_o grow_v not_o secure_a and_o so_o give_v the_o tempter_n new_a advantage_n speak_v of_o the_o vanity_n of_o the_o world_n he_o say_v it_o be_v as_o good_a be_v without_o the_o world_n and_o to_o bear_v that_o state_n as_o beseem_v a_o christian_n as_o to_o enjoy_v the_o world_n though_o it_o be_v never_o so_o well_o employ_v if_o a_o man_n have_v riches_n and_o lay_v they_o out_o for_o god_n and_o for_o his_o servant_n yet_o be_v it_o as_o happy_a a_o state_n to_o receive_v alm_n of_o another_o so_o we_o bear_v our_o poverty_n aright_o and_o be_v cheerful_a and_o thankful_a in_o our_o low_a estate_n though_o yet_o it_o be_v true_a that_o riches_n may_v be_v use_v to_o the_o good_a of_o other_o and_o it_o be_v more_o honourable_a to_o give_v than_o to_o receive_v another_o time_n he_o be_v say_v how_o necessary_a a_o duty_n it_o be_v for_o a_o child_n of_o god_n placid_o to_o suit_n with_o all_o business_n and_o benefit_n to_o seek_v themselves_o when_o indeed_o it_o be_v the_o deny_v of_o themselves_o another_o time_n this_o be_v his_o advice_n 1._o value_v precious_a time_n while_o time_n do_v last_o and_o not_o when_o it_o be_v irrevocable_o lose_v 2._o know_v the_o worth_n of_o thing_n to_o come_v before_o they_o come_v or_o be_v present_a and_o the_o worth_n of_o thing_n present_a before_o they_o be_v pass_v 3._o value_n no_o mercy_n as_o it_o serve_v to_o content_v the_o flesh_n but_o as_o it_o be_v serviceable_a for_o god_n and_o to_o thing_n eternal_a such_o be_v his_o talk_n at_o the_o table_n where_o he_o will_v be_v still_o raise_v in_o gratitude_n for_o god_n bounty_n and_o use_v to_o eat_v his_o meat_n with_o much_o cheerfulness_n and_o comfort_n as_o savour_v of_o a_o sweet_a good_a he_o take_v one_o that_o be_v watch_v with_o he_o by_o the_o hand_n and_o say_v i_o hope_v to_o pass_v a_o eternity_n with_o thou_o in_o the_o praise_n of_o our_o god_n in_o the_o mean_a time_n let_v we_o live_v a_o life_n of_o praise_n while_o we_o be_v here_o for_o it_o be_v sweet_a to_o we_o and_o delightful_a to_o god_n it_o be_v harmony_n in_o his_o ear_n our_o
