that_o come_v into_o the_o world_n as_o the_o only_a rule_n and_o governor_n in_o the_o church_n of_o god_n unto_o which_o whosoever_o take_v heed_n and_o be_v obedient_a be_v esteem_v to_o live_v under_o the_o government_n of_o christ_n know_v and_o believe_v that_o as_o christ_n come_n be_v to_o be_v wait_v for_o in_o the_o heart_n of_o the_o son_n and_o daughter_n of_o man_n so_o there_o his_o government_n to_o be_v exalt_v and_o that_o whosoever_o shall_v endeavour_v by_o outward_a way_n and_o mean_n to_o establish_v a_o outward_a government_n and_o outward_a rule_n order_n law_n or_o prescription_n over_o the_o heritage_n of_o god_n under_o the_o notion_n or_o pretence_n of_o christ_n government_n will_v be_v find_v invader_n of_o christ_n prerogative_n and_o build_v the_o other_o not_o under_o the_o same_o profession_n with_o we_o have_v be_v present_a against_o dark_a bad_a leaven_a rend_a divide_v or_o separate_a spirit_n with_o application_n to_o such_o who_o be_v under_o the_o profession_n of_o truth_n and_o as_o we_o believe_v have_v bear_v the_o brunt_n and_o heat_n of_o the_o day_n and_o do_v yet_o continue_v unchanged_a as_o to_o the_o principle_n of_o truth_n and_o as_o blameless_a in_o life_n and_o conversation_n as_o ever_o they_o be_v in_o day_n past_a when_o their_o opposer_n be_v at_o unity_n with_o they_o so_o far_o as_o we_o know_v do_v evident_o demonstrate_v that_o the_o breach_n be_v not_o only_o very_o wide_a but_o so_o public_a as_o it_o can_v but_o concern_v some_o of_o the_o wrongful_o scandalized_a party_n whereof_o we_o be_v a_o part_n as_o man_n and_z as_o christian_n for_o our_o reputation_n or_o at_o least_o the_o reputation_n of_o some_o of_o we_o in_o both_o respect_n have_v be_v strike_v at_o to_o appear_v thus_o public_a in_o the_o vindication_n of_o truth_n and_o therefore_o have_v long_o bear_v the_o reproach_n and_o scandal_n of_o scandalous_a tongue_n hope_v that_o those_o who_o have_v so_o persecute_v we_o and_o other_o our_o brethren_n for_o who_o sake_n we_o also_o be_v the_o more_o concern_v will_v have_v come_v to_o see_v their_o error_n and_o repent_v do_v now_o think_v ourselves_o oblige_v for_o the_o honour_n of_o truth_n and_o information_n of_o all_o the_o friend_n thereof_o as_o well_o as_o for_o the_o sake_n of_o such_o as_o have_v be_v betray_v and_o lead_v from_o the_o simplicity_n of_o the_o gospel_n of_o christ_n to_o proceed_v to_o manifest_v for_o what_o cause_n both_o we_o and_o many_o other_o our_o brethren_n in_o the_o vnchangable_a truth_n be_v account_v such_o dark_a leaven_a rend_a divide_v and_o separate_a spirit_n which_o be_v true_o state_v the_o impartial_a reader_n will_v easy_o discover_v by_o what_o way_n and_o mean_v the_o aforesaid_a understanding_n of_o many_o be_v so_o enlighten_v by_o the_o truth_n as_o clear_o to_o discern_v a_o deceivable_a spirit_n enter_v in_o by_o this_o door_n yet_o we_o be_v sensible_a that_o there_o be_v many_o honest-hearted_n friend_n who_o be_v ignorant_a of_o many_o thing_n that_o be_v come_v to_o our_o knowledge_n may_v have_v a_o dread_a upon_o they_o lest_o they_o err_v in_o take_v part_n of_o truth_n and_o observation_n of_o our_o common_a enemy_n whereby_o they_o rejoice_v and_o cry_v ha_o several_a instance_n of_o this_o nature_n be_v record_v in_o the_o second_o part_n of_o the_o sentence_n and_o decree_n in_o matter_n relate_v to_o conscience_n against_o other_o obliege_v all_o to_o submit_v thereto_o nay_o very_o that_o construction_n can_v stand_v in_o truth_n and_o record_v in_o the_o holy_a scripture_n and_o what_o need_v john_n wilkinson_n be_v afraid_a and_o trouble_v himself_o about_o the_o record_v the_o condemnation_n of_o sin_n and_o the_o resurrection_n who_o indeed_o must_v be_v very_o simple_a foolish_a and_o blockish_a if_o what_o g._n f._n have_v write_v be_v take_v by_o they_o either_o for_o a_o pertinent_a friendly_a or_o christian_a answer_n be_v dead_a and_o in_o thy_o grave_n and_o turn_v to_o dust_n therefore_o be_v humble_a as_o a_o member_n of_o the_o heavenly_a body_n under_o christ_n the_o head_n on_o this_o occasion_n g._n f._n write_v these_o follow_a sentence_n but_o this_o be_v from_o a_o prejudice_v malicious_a spirit_n and_o not_o from_o the_o light_n of_o christ_n to_o render_v my_o weakness_n when_o i_o be_o in_o my_o threat_n or_o frown_n as_o to_o his_o treat_v on_o the_o word_n dust_n by_o way_n of_o reffection_n on_o john_n wilkinson_n ministry_n and_o that_o from_o john_n wilkinson_n sound_a word_n the_o f._n in_o his_o aforecited_a letter_n of_o the_o 14_o of_o the_o 11_o month_n 1676._o be_v a_o answer_n to_o one_o send_v unto_o he_o by_o i_o hint_n at_o something_o write_v by_o i_o to_o he_o and_o after_o moses_n but_o i_o can_v deny_v that_o prophet_n which_o moses_n speak_v of_o to_o be_v raise_v up_o for_o i_o know_v that_o it_o be_v he_o that_o be_v oppose_v and_o his_o law_n too_o by_o many_o talker_n of_o he_o and_o the_o light_n of_o his_o glorious_a gospel_n and_o the_o order_n of_o it_o etc._n etc._n and_o what_o i_o be_o i_o be_o by_o the_o grace_n and_o love_n of_o god_n and_o will_v not_o deny_v the_o prophet_n which_o come_v after_o moses_n nor_o the_o election_n before_o the_o world_n begin_v though_o all_o turn_n into_o the_o jealousy_n in_o which_o they_o be_v before_o
