engage_v and_o endeavour_v to_o keep_v god_n holy_a will_n and_o commandment_n and_o to_o walk_v in_o the_o same_o all_o the_o day_n of_o our_o life_n and_o this_o oblige_v we_o to_o the_o thing_n follow_v that_o we_o will_v diligent_o study_v and_o learn_v the_o will_n of_o god_n as_o it_o be_v express_v in_o the_o law_n which_o he_o have_v give_v we_o will_v not_o cavil_v nor_o dispute_v against_o our_o duty_n when_o we_o shall_v perform_v it_o will_v endeavour_v to_o know_v our_o duty_n that_o we_o may_v do_v it_o that_o we_o will_v love_v his_o law_n and_o it_o shall_v be_v our_o constant_a aim_n and_o endeavour_v to_o conform_v to_o it_o in_o all_o thing_n we_o absolute_o bound_v ourselves_o and_o be_v bind_v to_o live_v in_o no_o wilful_a know_v and_o presumptuous_a sin_n that_o we_o will_v not_o deliberate_o and_o know_o trespass_v against_o any_o law_n of_o god_n this_o covenant_n indeed_o do_v not_o require_v of_o we_o to_o perform_v a_o perfect_a obedience_n for_o that_o be_v a_o thing_n now_o above_o our_o power_n but_o it_o bind_v we_o to_o endeavour_v a_o perfect_a obedience_n that_o be_v not_o to_o be_v willing_o guilty_a of_o any_o know_a sin_n there_o be_v alas_o no_o mere_a man_n now_o that_o can_v constant_o and_o perfect_o keep_v the_o whole_a law_n of_o god_n but_o in_o many_o thing_n we_o offend_v all_o and_o it_o be_v one_o blessing_n of_o the_o new_a covenant_n that_o it_o pardon_v sin_n as_o we_o shall_v see_v present_o which_o suppose_v defect_n in_o our_o best_a obedience_n therefore_o also_o our_o saviour_n have_v teach_v we_o to_o pray_v as_o daily_o for_o the_o pardon_n of_o sin_n as_o for_o our_o daily_a bread_n but_o this_o covenant_n bear_v with_o none_o but_o involuntary_a sin_n such_o as_o we_o commit_v through_o ignorance_n or_o surprise_n and_o for_o want_v of_o consideration_n on_o a_o sudden_a when_o our_o ignorance_n and_o inconsideration_n be_v not_o wilful_a nor_o due_a to_o the_o neglect_n of_o ourselves_o and_o as_o for_o know_v wilful_a and_o presumptuous_a sin_n and_o such_o as_o be_v deliberate_o commit_v they_o put_v we_o out_o of_o this_o covenant_n and_o lose_v we_o all_o right_n to_o the_o favour_n and_o blessing_n of_o it_o till_o they_o be_v bitter_o repent_v of_o and_o utter_o forsake_v thus_o much_o we_o must_v hearty_o and_o sincere_o bind_v and_o engage_v ourselves_o to_o do_v and_o this_o be_v our_o part_n of_o the_o new_a covenant_n this_o be_v also_o call_v the_o covenant_n of_o grace_n or_o favour_n and_o we_o may_v see_v that_o it_o have_v just_o that_o name_n in_o that_o it_o admit_v of_o repentance_n for_o sin_n and_o accept_v of_o that_o poor_a imperfect_a obedience_n which_o be_v all_o that_o we_o can_v now_o perform_v and_o we_o shall_v see_v that_o name_n further_o justify_v in_o that_o it_o will_v appear_v to_o be_v one_o of_o the_o blessing_n and_o favour_n of_o it_o that_o it_o afford_v we_o strength_n to_o perform_v our_o duty_n sect_n viii_o on_o god_n part._n and_o now_o i_o come_v to_o represent_v and_o show_v what_o be_v the_o favour_n and_o blessing_n or_o god_n part_n of_o this_o new_a covenant_n what_o he_o offer_v and_o promise_n and_o will_v bestow_v upon_o our_o performance_n of_o the_o duty_n and_o condition_n require_v of_o we_o and_o these_o may_v be_v comprehend_v under_o these_o three_o rich_a and_o important_a head_n the_o first_o be_v a_o full_a and_o free_a pardon_n of_o all_o our_o sin_n god_n will_v blot_v our_o iniquity_n as_o it_o be_v out_o of_o his_o remembrance_n will_v forget_v that_o we_o be_v sinner_n and_o will_v treat_v we_o as_o righteous_a will_v lay_v aside_o his_o most_o just_a wrath_n against_o we_o and_o embrace_v we_o with_o arm_n of_o mercy_n and_o love_n he_o that_o to_o be_v guilty_a of_o and_o can_v be_v perfect_o free_a from_o and_o have_v thus_o pardon_v our_o sin_n the_o course_n of_o mercy_n be_v free_a all_o obstruction_n of_o it_o be_v remove_v and_o we_o may_v address_v to_o god_n with_o boldness_n in_o the_o name_n of_o jesus_n christ_n as_o to_o a_o reconcile_a father_n and_o believe_v he_o ready_a to_o afford_v we_o all_o that_o be_v necessary_a
