paul_n apollo_n and_o cephas_n external_o form_n outside_n something_n in_o the_o way_n of_o god_n when_o they_o shall_v only_o glory_v in_o the_o end_n god_n himself_o a_o soul_n that_o true_o live_v in_o god_n submit_v to_o all_o the_o will_n of_o god_n and_o walk_v in_o all_o the_o way_n of_o god_n reveal_v to_o it_o by_o the_o spirit_n but_o look_v upon_o they_o all_o as_o below_o his_o rest_n he_o can_v fix_v and_o glory_n in_o none_o but_o god_n himself_o it_o please_v god_n through_o mean_a thing_n to_o make_v know_v himself_o to_o his_o people_n and_o to_o have_v communion_n with_o his_o people_n in_o but_o he_o contrive_v and_o make_v up_o the_o salvation_n the_o life_n rest_n and_o glory_n of_o his_o people_n in_o his_o own_o eternal_a love_n and_o freegrace_n and_o will_v not_o have_v his_o people_n lie_v down_o in_o the_o stream_n but_o pass_v through_o they_o into_o the_o ocean_n of_o his_o own_o bosom_n of_o love_n and_o freegrace_n it_o will_v be_v a_o small_a place_n of_o tribulation_n it_o must_v not_o seem_v hard_a or_o strange_a to_o those_o that_o shall_v reign_v with_o christ_n to_o suffer_v with_o he_o all_o our_o suffering_n be_v in_o and_o from_o the_o world_n but_o the_o fullness_n of_o our_o reign_n be_v with_o christ_n in_o heaven_n thus_o be_v we_o make_v conformable_a to_o the_o image_n of_o christ_n in_o this_o world_n we_o enjoy_v least_o of_o christ_n and_o therefore_o must_v needs_o be_v a_o saint_n worst_a condition_n that_o be_v the_o dark_a day_n to_o a_o saint_n in_o which_o the_o least_o of_o christ_n presence_n and_o glory_n appear_v therefore_o be_v the_o world_n a_o saint_n worst_a state_n because_o it_o be_v not_o able_a to_o bear_v the_o fullness_n of_o the_o glory_n of_o christ_n which_o shall_v be_v reveal_v nature_n of_o faith_n say_v it_o be_v the_o evidence_n of_o thing_n not_o see_v but_o in_o heaven_n we_o know_v as_o we_o be_v know_v of_o god_n the_o eye_n will_v then_o be_v make_v suitable_a to_o the_o object_n and_o there_o will_v be_v defect_n no_o more_o on_o our_o part_n to_o diminish_v the_o glory_n so_o that_o you_o see_v if_o we_o set_v aside_o all_o the_o sour_a of_o the_o world_n and_o take_v a_o saint_n sweet_a morsel_n he_o have_v below_o yet_o it_o be_v short_a of_o the_o glory_n shall_v be_v reveal_v wherefore_o the_o observation_n stand_v very_o clear_a that_o a_o saint_n worst_a condition_n be_v in_o this_o world_n the_o 2_o observation_n be_v this_o namely_o that_o a_o saint_n have_v relief_n from_o the_o worst_a of_o the_o world_n by_o faith_n wait_v for_o the_o appearance_n of_o christ_n as_o in_o the_o text._n a_o saint_n by_o faith_n look_v upon_o his_o union_n with_o christ_n as_o a_o son_n and_o so_o satisfy_v itself_o with_o the_o appearance_n of_o god_n so_o the_o apostle_n paul_n in_o rom._n 8._o the_o latter_a end_n he_o eye_n there_o his_o union_n with_o christ_n and_o so_o be_v carry_v above_o tribulation_n or_o distress_n or_o the_o worst_a of_o the_o world_n he_o conclude_v there_o be_v nothing_o can_v separate_v he_o from_o christ_n and_o therefore_o he_o be_v at_o rest_n as_o if_o he_o shall_v say_v notwithstanding_o all_o these_o which_o he_o name_v before_o as_o tribulation_n and_o the_o rest_n yet_o christ_n and_o i_o shall_v be_v one_o in_o glory_n and_o when_o his_o fullness_n of_o glory_n appear_v then_o shall_v it_o though_o no_o affliction_n but_o be_v grievous_a for_o the_o present_a yet_o by_o faith_n the_o soul_n see_v the_o appearance_n of_o christ_n though_o at_o some_o distance_n and_o in_o the_o they_o say_v my_o wisdom_n be_v folly_n yet_o i_o will_v say_v christ_n be_v my_o wisdom_n and_o so_o i_o have_v true_a wisdom_n if_o they_o say_v i_o shall_v want_v bread_n to_o eat_v i_o can_v say_v by_o experience_n i_o have_v food_n to_o feed_v on_o which_o they_o know_v not_o of_o and_o when_o they_o shall_v want_v their_o husk_n i_o shall_v find_v bread_n enough_o in_o my_o father_n house_n and_o love_n enough_o in_o my_o father_n heart_n to_o satisfy_v and_o till_o my_o eternal_a soul_n i_o bless_v the_o lord_n say_v such_o a_o soul_n i_o value_v this_o above_o ten_o thousand_o world_n see_v and_o when_o christ_n thus_o appear_v it_o shall_v be_v more_o than_o the_o world_n can_v bear_v oh_o let_v this_o bear_v up_o our_o spirit_n the_o few_o moment_n that_o be_v behind_o if_o all_o in_o this_o world_n be_v not_o enough_o christ_n be_v hard_a by_o and_o he_o will_v bring_v enough_o with_o he_o wait_v cheerful_o as_o those_o that_o believe_v such_o a_o appearance_n of_o christ_n our_o bosom_n he_o satisfy_v with_o that_o fountain_n of_o love_n which_o be_v in_o his_o own_o bosom_n that_o soul_n which_o have_v interest_n in_o christ_n and_o wait_v for_o his_o appearance_n the_o perish_a world_n be_v too_o low_a a_o thing_n for_o he_o to_o rejoice_v in_o but_o he_o may_v always_o rejoice_v in_o the_o lord_n for_o there_o be_v a_o suitable_a portion_n and_o true_o there_o be_v no_o just_a cause_n for_o a_o saint_n to_o fear_v the_o world_n when_o christ_n have_v undertake_v for_o he_o at_o the_o throne_n of_o grace_n the_o world_n must_v hate_v we_o because_o it_o hate_v he_o who_o image_n we_o bear_v but_o here_o be_v relief_n enough_o christ_n that_o be_v our_o interest_n in_o heaven_n he_o have_v overcome_v the_o world_n for_o we_o we_o may_v be_v encourage_v to_o go_v to_o the_o father_n in_o christ_n name_n to_o be_v keep_v from_o the_o evil_a of_o the_o world_n but_o there_o be_v no_o cause_n why_o we_o shall_v fear_v that_o the_o world_n destroy_v this_o piece_n of_o self_n and_o satan_n root_n and_o branch_n out_o of_o the_o soul_n that_o neither_o fruit_n nor_o branch_n may_v ever_o grow_v upon_o it_o more_o again_o from_o this_o discovery_n of_o a_o proud_a man_n in_o his_o principle_n and_o practice_n i_o have_v learn_v thus_o much_o that_o if_o ever_o i_o shall_v be_v call_v to_o put_v power_n into_o the_o hand_n of_o any_o sure_o that_o person_n or_o nation_n shall_v never_o but_o be_v miserable_a that_o commit_v power_n and_o trust_v into_o such_o hand_n such_o man_n as_o single_a person_n be_v the_o burden_n of_o a_o land_n but_o put_v power_n in_o their_o hand_n and_o they_o will_v be_v so_o far_o as_o their_o power_n will_v reach_v the_o ruin_n of_o that_o land_n though_o man_n as_o god_n instrument_n give_v a_o proud_a man_n his_o power_n yet_o he_o soon_o forget_v that_o he_o have_v receive_v the_o power_n by_o which_o he_o differ_v and_o so_o tyrant_n like_a make_v use_v of_o his_o power_n to_o pluck_v down_o they_o that_o set_v up_o he_o and_o to_o sacrifice_v those_o right_n and_o liberty_n which_o he_o be_v entrust_v to_o preserve_v to_o his_o own_o pride_n this_o i_o be_o sure_a he_o can_v never_o be_v true_a to_o i_o that_o be_v faulty_a to_o god_n but_o a_o proud_a man_n be_v so_o because_o in_o substance_n he_o deny_v god_n to_o be_v the_o original_n of_o his_o power_n for_o do_v he_o acknowledge_v himself_o to_o receive_v that_o by_o which_o he_o differ_v he_o will_v never_o be_v proud_a of_o his_o debt_n and_o his_o duty_n nor_o use_v his_o power_n contrary_a to_o or_o
