convince_v of_o thy_o miserable_a condition_n by_o nature_n of_o the_o excellency_n of_o the_o new_a birth_n of_o the_o necessity_n thereof_o unto_o salvation_n labour_v to_o improve_v this_o light_n god_n speedy_o to_o put_v yourselves_o upon_o the_o practice_n of_o these_o direction_n or_o no_o if_o you_o think_v these_o thing_n more_o than_o necessary_a and_o be_v ready_a to_o say_v what_o need_v so_o much_o ado_n as_o if_o without_o so_o much_o hear_v so_o much_o read_v so_o much_o pray_v and_o the_o like_a there_o be_v no_o hope_n of_o regeneration_n and_o salvation_n you_o may_v be_v best_a at_o last_o if_o you_o know_v and_o believe_v that_o when_o you_o come_v to_o die_v you_o shall_v wish_v you_o have_v make_v christ_n sure_a then_o sure_a your_o stand_n out_o against_o christ_n now_o your_o refuse_v grace_n now_o be_v the_o first-born_a of_o folly_n o_o be_v wise_a consider_v what_o be_v before_o you_o christ_n and_o the_o world_n holiness_n and_o sin_n life_n and_o cheer_v and_o revive_v the_o spirit_n of_o his_o servant_n and_o certain_o the_o comfort_n and_o delight_n which_o he_o convey_v into_o the_o soul_n of_o the_o regenerate_v must_v needs_o be_v soul-satisfying_a and_o soul-ravishing_a consolation_n what_o blasphemy_n be_v it_o to_o affirm_v that_o the_o joy_n of_o the_o world_n be_v better_o than_o the_o joy_n of_o god_n oh_o how_o sweet_a and_o delightful_a must_v it_o need_v be_v to_o know_v that_o we_o be_v bring_v out_o of_o the_o state_n of_o nature_n into_o the_o state_n of_o grace_n that_o we_o be_v the_o child_n of_o god_n belove_v of_o he_o the_o member_n of_o christ_n and_o dear_a to_o he_o that_o our_o sin_n be_v pardon_v in_o and_o through_o the_o merit_n of_o his_o bitter_a death_n and_o passion_n and_o that_o so_o soon_o as_o our_o earthly_a tabernacle_n be_v dissolve_v we_o shall_v have_v a_o build_n of_o god_n a_o house_n not_o make_v with_o hand_n eternal_a in_o the_o heaven_n and_o there_o reign_v with_o he_o in_o everlasting_a bliss_n and_o happiness_n oh_o what_o a_o comfort_n must_v it_o needs_o be_v serious_o to_o fix_v our_o thought_n on_o those_o joy_n and_o pleasure_n which_o hereafter_o we_o yea_o that_o they_o have_v enjoy_v more_o sweetness_n and_o delight_n in_o one_o hour_n communion_n with_o god_n than_o ever_o their_o flesh_n bring_v they_o in_o in_o all_o their_o life_n solomon_n who_o have_v experience_n of_o all_o other_o pleasure_n yet_o say_v of_o the_o way_n of_o godliness_n 3.17_o her_o way_n be_v way_n of_o pleasantness_n even_o soul-satisfying_a pleasantness_n if_o
