desire_n with_o any_o worldly_a good_a if_o thou_o will_v have_v that_o which_o will_v satisfy_v thou_o then_o desire_v grace_n for_o grace_n be_v the_o proper_a object_n of_o the_o soul_n suppose_v thou_o have_v all_o the_o brave_a sight_n in_o the_o world_n yet_o thou_o can_v not_o see_v they_o with_o thy_o eye_n suppose_v thou_o have_v all_o the_o sweet_a music_n in_o the_o world_n yet_o thou_o can_v not_o hear_v it_o for_o the_o sight_n be_v the_o object_n of_o the_o eye_n and_o music_n of_o the_o ear_n so_o all_o the_o good_a thing_n of_o the_o world_n be_v but_o for_o the_o body_n not_o for_o the_o soul_n riches_n honour_n pleasure_n and_o the_o like_a be_v the_o object_n of_o the_o body_n and_o not_o of_o the_o soul_n and_o therefore_o the_o soul_n can_v never_o be_v satisfy_v with_o they_o a_o father_n in_o his_o meditation_n speak_v thus_o lord_n thou_o have_v make_v my_o soul_n for_o thyself_o and_o it_o can_v never_o be_v at_o rest_n till_o it_o can_v find_v rest_n in_o worldly_a contentment_n as_o it_o be_v with_o the_o body_n so_o it_o be_v with_o the_o soul_n in_o this_o the_o necessity_n of_o the_o body_n and_o emptiness_n thereof_o be_v not_o fill_v with_o spiritual_a thing_n but_o with_o earthly_a so_o a_o spiritual_a emptiness_n must_v have_v a_o spiritual_a replenishment_n can_v a_o man_n fill_v a_o house_n with_o grace_n no_o a_o house_n be_v a_o preferment_n yet_o find_v no_o rest_n in_o any_o thing_n it_o be_v the_o curse_n of_o god_n upon_o man_n soul_n because_o it_o will_v not_o rest_v on_o god_n that_o therefore_o it_o shall_v not_o get_v the_o world_n to_o get_v gain_n and_o preferment_n to_o satisfy_v your_o lust_n know_v this_o be_v not_o bread_n it_o be_v a_o scorpion_n it_o be_v not_o fish_n but_o a_o serpent_n will_v you_o
