corrupt_a mind_n and_o willing_a to_o indulge_v unto_o their_o lust_n as_o all_o man_n natural_o desire_v nothing_o but_o what_o god_n have_v make_v eternal_o inconsistent_a namely_o that_o they_o may_v live_v in_o sin_n here_o and_o come_v to_o blessedness_n hereafter_o may_v conclude_v that_o if_o it_o be_v so_o as_o he_o declare_v that_o we_o be_v justify_v free_o through_o the_o grace_n of_o god_n by_o the_o imputation_n of_o a_o righteousness_n that_o original_o and_o inherent_o be_v not_o our_o own_o than_o be_v there_o no_o more_o require_v of_o we_o no_o relinquishment_n of_o sin_n no_o attendance_n unto_o the_o duty_n of_o righteousness_n and_o holiness_n he_o obviate_v such_o impious_a suggestion_n and_o show_v the_o inconsequence_n of_o they_o on_o the_o doctrine_n that_o he_o teach_v but_o this_o he_o do_v not_o do_v in_o any_o place_n by_o intimate_v or_o grant_v that_o our_o own_o work_n of_o obedience_n or_o righteousness_n be_v necessary_a unto_o or_o have_v any_o causal_a influence_n into_o our_o justification_n before_o god_n have_v there_o be_v a_o truth_n herein_o be_v not_o a_o supposition_n thereof_o real_o inconsistent_a with_o the_o whole_a of_o his_o doctrine_n and_o destructive_a of_o it_o he_o will_v not_o have_v omit_v the_o plea_n of_o it_o nor_o ought_v so_o to_o have_v do_v as_o we_o have_v show_v and_o to_o suppose_v that_o there_o be_v need_v that_o any_o other_o shall_v explain_v and_o vindicate_v his_o doctrine_n from_o the_o same_o exception_n which_o he_o take_v notice_n of_o by_o such_o a_o plea_n as_o he_o himself_o will_v not_o make_v use_n of_o but_o reject_v be_v foolish_a and_o impious_a the_o apostle_n james_n on_o the_o other_o hand_n have_v no_o such_o scope_n or_o design_n or_o any_o such_o occasion_n for_o what_o he_o write_v in_o this_o matter_n he_o do_v not_o inquire_v or_o give_v intimation_n of_o any_o such_o enquiry_n he_o do_v not_o state_n the_o case_n how_o a_o guilty_a convince_a sinner_n who_o mouth_n be_v stop_v as_o unto_o any_o plea_n or_o excuse_n for_o himself_o may_v come_v to_o be_v justify_v in_o the_o sight_n of_o god_n that_o be_v receive_v the_o pardon_n of_o sin_n and_o the_o gift_n of_o righteousness_n unto_o life_n to_o resolve_v this_o question_n into_o our_o own_o work_n be_v to_o overthrow_v the_o whole_a gospel_n but_o he_o have_v in_o hand_n a_o business_n quite_o of_o another_o nature_n for_o as_o we_o have_v say_v there_o be_v many_o in_o those_o day_n who_o profess_v the_o christian_a religion_n or_o faith_n in_o the_o gospel_n whereon_o they_o presume_v that_o as_o they_o be_v already_o justify_v so_o that_o there_o be_v nothing_o more_o needful_a unto_o they_o that_o they_o may_v be_v save_v a_o desirable_a estate_n they_o think_v they_o have_v attain_v suit_v unto_o all_o the_o interest_n of_o the_o flesh_n whereby_o they_o may_v live_v in_o sin_n and_o neglect_v of_o all_o duty_n of_o obedience_n and_o yet_o be_v eternal_o save_v some_o suppose_v that_o this_o pernicious_a conceit_n be_v imbibe_v by_o they_o from_o the_o poisonous_a opinion_n that_o some_o have_v then_o divulge_v according_a as_o the_o
