the_o same_o university_n of_o cambridge_n and_o obtain_v licence_n to_o found_v a_o perpetual_a chantry_n in_o the_o church_n of_o wynburne_n of_o one_o perpetual_a priest_n to_o teach_v grammar_n free_o to_o all_o that_o will_v come_v thereto_o while_o the_o world_n shall_v endure_v with_o licence_n to_o give_v to_o either_o of_o the_o say_v two_o reader_n and_o their_o successor_n land_n and_o tenement_n to_o the_o yearly_a value_n
