break_v for_o you_o and_o this_o be_v my_o blood_n of_o the_o new_a testament_n which_o be_v shed_v for_o you_o drink_v you_o all_o of_o it_o christ_n himself_o with_o his_o save_a benefit_n be_v herewith_o as_o true_o offer_v to_o their_o faith_n as_o the_o sign_n and_o representation_n be_v offer_v to_o their_o hand_n and_o mouth_n though_o it_o be_v still_o but_o consecrate_v bread_n and_o wine_n that_o do_v represent_v yet_o be_v it_o the_o very_a body_n and_o blood_n of_o christ_n that_o be_v represent_v and_o christ_n himself_o as_o the_o head_n of_o the_o church_n and_o fountain_n of_o our_o renew_a life_n and_o as_o our_o spiritual_a nourishment_n that_o be_v true_o give_v we_o and_o receive_v by_o we_o 43._o it_o be_v therefore_o unmeet_a for_o any_o but_o a_o lawful_a minister_n of_o christ_n who_o be_v authorize_v hereunto_o to_o administer_v this_o holy_a sacrament_n both_o because_o no_o other_o be_v call_v to_o it_o in_o the_o holy_a scripture_n nor_o can_v show_v any_o warrant_n for_o such_o a_o undertake_n and_o because_o it_o be_v very_o injurious_a to_o the_o comfort_n of_o the_o church_n when_o they_o know_v not_o that_o the_o person_n have_v any_o authority_n to_o deliver_v they_o so_o great_a a_o mercy_n from_o the_o lord_n nor_o whether_o christ_n will_v own_v his_o ministration_n 44._o the_o minister_n must_v partake_v of_o this_o holy_a sacrament_n with_o the_o church_n not_o as_o they_o be_v the_o agent_n of_o christ_n for_o the_o delivery_n of_o it_o but_o as_o they_o themselves_o be_v his_o disciple_n and_o member_n of_o the_o church_n 45._o before_o the_o receive_n of_o this_o holy_a sacrament_n we_o ought_v to_o examine_v ourselves_o that_o we_o may_v come_v prepare_o with_o repentance_n for_o all_o know_a sin_n and_o faith_n in_o christ_n and_o a_o humble_a feeling_n of_o our_o own_o necessity_n and_o a_o thankful_a sense_n of_o the_o love_n of_o god_n express_v in_o our_o redemption_n by_o christ_n and_o a_o hunger_a and_o thirst_v after_o he_o and_o his_o righteousness_n and_o with_o a_o unfeigned_a love_n unto_o our_o brethren_n and_o a_o high_a estimation_n of_o the_o union_n and_o communion_n of_o the_o saint_n and_o with_o a_o resolution_n to_o walk_v in_o holy_a obedience_n to_o god_n in_o patient_a hope_n of_o the_o come_n of_o christ_n and_o of_o the_o everlasting_a kingdom_n where_o we_o shall_v be_v perfect_o in_o he_o unite_v which_o holy_a affection_n be_v also_o to_o be_v exercise_v in_o the_o time_n of_o our_o communion_n in_o this_o sacrament_n and_o afterwards_o upon_o the_o review_n of_o what_o we_o have_v here_o receive_v and_o do_v 46._o the_o word_n and_o prayer_n must_v be_v join_v with_o the_o sacrament_n the_o nature_n and_o use_n of_o it_o
