leave_v corruption_n in_o we_o to_o be_v daily_o master_v and_o subdue_v that_o so_o be_v thereby_o daily_o conscious_a of_o our_o own_o unworthiness_n and_o unsufficiency_n and_o subject_a in_o regard_n thereof_o to_o much_o distraction_n and_o infidelity_n we_o may_v learn_v still_o to_o live_v by_o faith_n in_o the_o son_n of_o god_n deny_v our_o own_o righteousness_n that_o still_o we_o my_o estate_n as_o if_o it_o be_v better_o with_o i_o than_o it_o be_v and_o sometime_o abase_v myself_o to_o be_v worse_o than_o indeed_o i_o be_o or_o shall_v be_v and_o my_o corruption_n sometime_o break_v out_o into_o gross_a rebellion_n do_v so_o hinder_v and_o obscure_v my_o spiritual_a eye_n of_o faith_n that_o i_o can_v neither_o true_o discern_v whereto_o i_o be_o come_v neither_o can_v see_v afar_o to_o what_o i_o shall_v attain_v yea_o many_o time_n it_o fare_v so_o ill_a with_o i_o that_o for_o want_v of_o speedy_a endeavour_n to_o recover_v myself_o by_o repentance_n i_o do_v not_o only_o plunge_v myself_o deep_a into_o the_o snare_n of_o sin_n by_o not_o apply_v the_o true_a remedy_n aright_o or_o stumble_v upon_o vain_a help_n but_o hereby_o many_o time_n be_o cast_v into_o such_o strait_n that_o i_o not_o only_o question_v all_o former_a truth_n of_o thy_o grace_n as_o if_o i_o be_v no_o better_o than_o a_o hypocrite_n and_o have_v build_v on_o the_o sand_n but_o also_o be_o ready_a to_o give_v over_o all_o hope_n of_o attain_v the_o same_o as_o if_o either_o it_o do_v not_o belong_v unto_o i_o or_o else_o it_o be_v too_o late_o to_o pursue_v and_o apprehend_v the_o same_o as_o if_o thou_o have_v forget_v to_o be_v merciful_a because_o i_o feel_v myself_o so_o miserable_a as_o if_o thy_o compassion_n be_v clean_o go_v because_o my_o rebellion_n seem_v so_o desperate_a hence_o it_o be_v o_o my_o god_n that_o i_o turn_v all_o thy_o comfort_n to_o be_v corrosive_n unto_o i_o and_o esteem_v all_o thy_o threaten_n not_o better_o than_o flash_v of_o hell_n and_o entrance_n to_o eternal_a vengeance_n
know_v that_o thou_o o_o lord_n do_v reign_v in_o all_o age_n to_o the_o behoof_n of_o thy_o church_n and_o terror_n of_o thinâ—_n enemy_n grant_v these_o mercy_n good_a lord_n not_o only_o to_o a_o whole_a church_n in_o general_a but_o especial_o to_o every_o one_o of_o we_o thy_o child_n particular_o grant_v that_o we_o may_v affectual_o feel_v the_o force_n of_o this_o thy_o kingdom_n in_o our_o heart_n beat_v down_o in_o we_o our_o old_a adam_n with_o all_o sinful_a delight_n thought_n motion_n and_o desire_n and_o renew_v in_o we_o day_n by_o day_n our_o spiritual_a and_o inward_a whatsoever_o it_o please_v thy_o goodness_n to_o lay_v upon_o we_o that_o we_o never_o cease_v in_o our_o misery_n but_o continual_o call_v on_o thou_o by_o hearty_a prayre_n athough_o we_o feel_v no_o release_n at_o all_o yet_o that_o still_o patient_o we_o may_v abide_v and_o quiet_o wait_v for_o thy_o good_a leisure_n and_o appoint_a time_n of_o deliverance_n when_o thou_o know_v it_o mind_n that_o even_o in_o our_o great_a distress_n we_o may_v be_v content_a with_o thy_o good_a will_n and_o not_o to_o murmur_v or_o grudge_v against_o thy_o majesty_n know_v that_o thou_o will_v lay_v nothing_o upon_o we_o but_o that_o which_o shall_v turn_v to_o our_o goodness_n and_o profit_n and_o that_o we_o may_v patient_o abide_v whatsoever_o it_o shall_v please_v thou_o to_o lay_v such_o time_n as_o thou_o shall_v hear_v our_o petition_n and_o although_o after_o many_o and_o sundry_a calling_n upon_o thou_o thou_o seem_v not_o to_o regard_v we_o but_o rather_o deal_v more_o we_o from_o thy_o hand_n that_o we_o be_v not_o draw_v from_o thou_o through_o set_v our_o mind_n too_o much_o upon_o they_o but_o so_o moderate_o use_v they_o as_o thy_o benefit_n for_o a_o time_n bestow_v upon_o we_o know_v that_o thou_o will_v at_o our_o hand_n require_v a_o account_n how_o we_o have_v use_v they_o that_o we_o do_v not_o careful_o gape_v or_o seek_v after_o they_o but_o discreet_o to_o thy_o glory_n use_v they_o acknowledge_v in_o they_o thy_o goodness_n and_o liberality_n towards_o us._n and_o see_v most_o merciful_a father_n that_o it_o be_v not_o our_o travel_n labour_n pain_n study_n or_o endeavour_v which_o be_v able_a to_o get_v we_o our_o live_n but_o only_o in_o so_o much_o as_o it_o please_v thy_o goodness_n to_o bless_v and_o prosper_v they_o we_o
