be_v come_v by_o it_o be_v not_o in_o man_n will_n or_o power_n to_o believe_v and_o to_o believe_v steadfast_o at_o his_o pleasure_n but_o saint_n peter_n meaning_n be_v to_o move_v all_o man_n to_o seek_v it_o where_o it_o be_v to_o be_v find_v and_o by_o such_o mean_n as_o be_v ordain_v for_o to_o come_v unto_o it_o by_o for_o there_o be_v no_o man_n almost_o but_o will_v acknowledge_v that_o and_o with_o knowledge_n temperance_n &_o with_o temperance_n patience_n and_o with_o patience_n godliness_n and_o with_o godliness_n brotherlie_a kindness_n and_o with_o brotherlie_a kindness_n prayer_n yea_o with_o fast_v strong_a prayer_n which_o draw_v down_o the_o power_n of_o god_n upon_o we_o which_o shield_v and_o defend_v we_o from_o the_o rage_n of_o the_o fiend_n all_o other_o mean_n that_o have_v be_v devise_v to_o put_v devil_n to_o flight_n be_v vain_a and_o frivolous_a yea_o mere_a illusion_n of_o satan_n own_o devise_v which_o wicked_o deface_v the_o power_n of_o god_n for_o when_o man_n can_v resist_v by_o faith_n then_o do_v they_o fly_v unto_o those_o other_o mean_v as_o more_o sure_a woeful_a be_v the_o state_n of_o the_o world_n in_o this_o thing_n that_o not_o any_o one_o of_o the_o reprobate_n have_v the_o lively_a faith_n this_o consequence_n be_v clear_a if_o we_o consider_v that_o he_o say_v every_o branch_n that_o bear_v fruit_n he_o purge_v not_o to_o take_v it_o afterward_o away_o but_o that_o it_o may_v bear_v more_o fruit_n for_o will_v they_o be_v so_o bold_a as_o to_o say_v thus_o some_o branch_n that_o bear_v fruit_n shall_v be_v take_v out_o of_o the_o vine_n as_o well_o as_o the_o branch_n that_o bear_v no_o fruit_n or_o thus_o some_o branch_n that_o bear_v fruit_n shall_v be_v purge_v that_o they_o may_v bear_v more_o fruit_n but_o yet_o in_o the_o end_n they_o shall_v also_o be_v take_v out_o of_o the_o vine_n be_v not_o that_o a_o strange_a speech_n what_o difference_n or_o what_o a_o vain_a difference_n be_v that_o which_o christ_n make_v of_o the_o branch_n touch_v perseverance_n in_o the_o vine_n if_o the_o fruitful_a branch_n or_o any_o of_o they_o can_v be_v separate_v from_o it_o as_o well_o as_o the_o unfruitful_a how_o do_v they_o make_v christ_n to_o speak_v it_o may_v be_v they_o will_v say_v that_o the_o holy_a scripture_n speak_v sometime_o unsuersal_o when_o as_o yet_o exception_n in_o
