merit_v condemnation_n for_o the_o person_n suffer_v be_v as_o to_o his_o godhead_n infinite_a and_o the_o merit_n and_o value_n of_o his_o suffering_n depend_v on_o the_o dignity_n and_o worth_n of_o his_o person_n the_o satisfaction_n make_v must_v needs_o be_v infinite_a and_o so_o abundant_o sufficient_a 2._o consider_v his_o willingness_n and_o readiness_n to_o accept_v to_o mercy_n all_o but_o also_o in_o a_o eminent_a manner_n bring_v glory_n to_o god_n when_o thou_o though_o discourage_v in_o thyself_o by_o reason_n of_o thy_o sin_n dare_v venture_v thy_o soul_n in_o the_o hand_n of_o christ_n when_o thou_o make_v thy_o way_n through_o all_o doubt_n scruple_n and_o misgiving_n of_o heart_n and_o take_v god_n bare_a word_n because_o he_o have_v say_v it_o thereby_o set_v thy_o seal_n to_o his_o truth_n and_o faithfulness_n and_o do_v resolve_v to_o throw_v thyself_o on_o his_o free_a mercy_n and_o christ_n merit_n for_o pardon_n and_o life_n to_o lay_v thy_o soul_n at_o christ_n foot_n and_o to_o clasp_v about_o he_o though_o he_o kill_v thou_o this_o be_v a_o excellent_a and_o a_o heroical_a act_n of_o faith_n which_o bring_v glory_n to_o god_n as_o abraham_n faith_n do_v of_o who_o it_o be_v say_v rom._n 4.20_o that_o he_o stagger_v not_o at_o the_o promise_n of_o god_n through_o unbelief_n but_o be_v strong_a in_o faith_n give_v glory_n to_o god_n 6._o
