differ_v from_o that_o doctrine_n of_o election_n which_o pass_v for_o currant_n among_o we_o teach_v that_o forgiveness_n of_o sin_n and_o all_o the_o great_a thing_n depend_v hereon_o be_v assign_v and_o decree_v unto_o man_n in_o their_o election_n without_o any_o consideration_n have_v of_o christ_n die_v for_o they_o or_o their_o believe_a in_o he_o if_o it_o be_v here_o say_v that_o they_o who_o hold_v election_n in_o the_o most_o absolute_a and_o 5._o §._o 5._o peremptory_a way_n do_v not_o say_v or_o hold_v that_o god_n intend_v actual_o to_o confer_v remission_n of_o sin_n or_o eternal_a life_n upon_o the_o elect_n otherwise_o then_o for_o and_o through_o the_o satisfaction_n make_v by_o christ_n for_o they_o in_o his_o death_n though_o they_o hold_v that_o he_o intend_v without_o any_o respect_n have_v to_o the_o consideration_n of_o christ_n death_n actual_o to_o confer_v they_o upon_o they_o they_o exclude_v the_o satisfaction_n of_o christ_n from_o have_v any_o thing_n to_o do_v in_o god_n purpose_n of_o election_n not_o from_o have_v any_o thing_n to_o do_v in_o the_o execution_n of_o this_o his_o purpose_n here_o they_o acknowledge_v it_o to_o have_v much_o to_o do_v to_o be_v upon_o the_o matter_n all_o in_o all_o to_o this_o we_o answer_v that_o this_o distinction_n or_o explication_n of_o the_o opinion_n do_v no_o way_n relieve_v it_o but_o rather_o burden_n it_o more_o and_o more_o for_o 1._o certain_a it_o be_v that_o god_n do_v not_o purpose_n or_o project_v one_o way_n and_o act_v or_o execute_v in_o another_o but_o his_o execution_n do_v exact_o answer_v the_o tenor_n purport_n and_o form_n of_o his_o purpose_n or_o intention_n man_n who_o be_v subject_a to_o oversight_n and_o consequent_o to_o repentance_n may_v and_o many_o time_n do_v vary_v from_o their_o model_n or_o platform_n when_o they_o come_v to_o action_n because_o some_o better_a thing_n it_o may_v be_v have_v come_v in_o their_o way_n than_o they_o think_v upon_o in_o the_o first_o projection_n of_o their_o work_n but_o nothing_o can_v come_v in_o god_n way_n either_o more_o satisfactory_a or_o better_o please_v unto_o he_o than_o what_o be_v present_a with_o he_o in_o the_o first_o contrivance_n or_o projection_n of_o his_o affair_n therefore_o if_o in_o point_n of_o execution_n he_o actual_o confer_v remission_n of_o sinâ—_n and_o salvation_n upon_o man_n because_o of_o and_o with_o respect_n unto_o the_o death_n and_o satisfaction_n of_o christ_n it_o be_v a_o certain_a sign_n that_o he_o purpose_v this_o collation_n of_o they_o in_o his_o purpose_n of_o election_n upon_o no_o other_o term_n and_o consequent_o that_o in_o god_n very_a purpose_n of_o elect_v man_n unto_o salvation_n he_o have_v respect_n unto_o the_o death_n of_o christ_n yea_o and_o to_o their_o engraff_n into_o he_o by_o believe_a and_o that_o he_o never_o purpose_v salvation_n unto_o any_o without_o interâ—ssing_v the_o death_n of_o christ_n in_o his_o intention_n in_o this_o kind_n as_o well_o as_o in_o his_o execution_n of_o what_o he_o thus_o intend_v 2._o if_o god_n may_v intend_v and_o purpose_n salvation_n unto_o man_n without_o the_o consideration_n of_o the_o death_n of_o christ_n certain_o he_o may_v as_o well_o actual_o confer_v and_o give_v this_o salvation_n without_o any_o respect_n have_v thereunto_o for_o this_o be_v a_o general_n and_o plain_a rule_n that_o whaâ—_n a_o man_n may_v lawful_o will_v or_o intend_v to_o do_v without_o such_o or_o such_o a_o consideration_n he_o may_v as_o lawful_o act_v or_o do_v it_o necessary_a either_o to_o justify_v oâ—_n commâ—nd_v either_o the_o justice_n or_o the_o wisdom_n of_o god_n in_o the_o actual_a justification_n or_o salvation_n of_o men._n so_o that_o evident_a it_o be_v that_o the_o doctrine_n of_o election_n as_o it_o be_v ordinary_o entertain_v among_o we_o do_v abrogate_v the_o grace_n of_o god_n in_o christ_n and_o make_v his_o death_n to_o be_v in_o vain_a but_o the_o scripture_n teach_v this_o doctrine_n upon_o other_o term_n and_o make_v christ_n i._n e._n the_o consideration_n of_o christ_n and_o of_o faith_n in_o he_o the_o foundation_n of_o election_n and_o that_o upon_o which_o god_n raise_v as_o it_o be_v and_o build_v it_o bless_a be_v the_o god_n and_o father_n of_o our_o lord_n jesus_n christ_n say_v the_o apostle_n who_o have_v
