example_n of_o the_o apostle_n or_o unto_o the_o rule_n of_o charity_n which_o the_o apostle_n follow_v or_o unto_o that_o rule_n of_o christ_n to_o discern_v of_o the_o tree_n by_o the_o fruit_n we_o see_v that_o the_o child_n of_o god_n may_v not_o only_o persuade_v themselves_o of_o their_o own_o salvation_n in_o christ_n jesus_n but_o further_a also_o may_v certain_o judge_v of_o the_o salvation_n of_o their_o godly_a brethren_n now_o see_v viri_fw-la fratres_fw-la man_n &_o brethren_n the_o great_a necessity_n that_o there_o be_v that_o we_o shall_v be_v thus_o persuade_v one_o of_o another_o even_o so_o great_a as_o that_o without_o it_o the_o bond_n of_o peace_n love_n and_o christianity_n can_v be_v maintain_v for_o how_o can_v we_o love_v they_o of_o who_o we_o have_v no_o hope_n that_o they_o shall_v be_v heir_n of_o the_o same_o salvation_n with_o we_o how_o can_v we_o have_v peace_n with_o they_o of_o who_o we_o be_v not_o persuade_v that_o they_o be_v at_o peace_n with_o god_n how_o can_v we_o pray_v with_o they_o and_o

that_o be_v absent_a which_o be_v to_o send_v commendation_n to_o remember_v their_o salutation_n and_o health-wish_n to_o such_o of_o their_o friend_n as_o be_v join_v unto_o they_o in_o any_o near_a bond_n of_o duty_n or_o of_o love_n which_o as_o it_o be_v a_o good_a testimony_n of_o their_o kind_n and_o love_a affection_n towards_o their_o friend_n so_o be_v it_o a_o good_a mean_n to_o preserve_v and_o to_o increase_v friendship_n and_o be_v in_o effect_n a_o prayer_n for_o their_o health_n and_o welfare_n and_o for_o these_o cause_v it_o be_v that_o this_o custom_n of_o long_a time_n have_v be_v and_o be_v still_o among_o christian_n continue_v which_o may_v teach_v we_o always_o by_o all_o mean_n to_o retain_v and_o maintain_v our_o love_n and_o friendship_n with_o the_o saint_n in_o christ_n jesus_n and_o therefore_o when_o we_o converse_v with_o they_o in_o all_o love_a sort_n to_o use_v they_o and_o when_o we_o be_v absent_a from_o they_o in_o our_o letter_n to_o ostentation_n that_o man_n may_v think_v and_o speak_v of_o they_o as_o great_a rabbin_n good_a expounder_n of_o the_o law_n and_o very_o skilful_a in_o the_o scripture_n such_o be_v they_o of_o who_o knowledge_n the_o apostle_n speak_v when_o he_o say_v that_o knowledge_n puff_v up_o for_o as_o they_o regard_v nothing_o in_o seek_v after_o knowledge_n but_o a_o vain_a ostentation_n 8.1_o 1_o cor._n 8.1_o so_o have_v attein_v unto_o knowledge_n they_o swell_v and_o look_v so_o big_a as_o if_o all_o knowledge_n be_v shut_v up_o in_o their_o breast_n other_o there_o be_v who_o end_n be_v to_o inform_v their_o own_o understanding_n that_o they_o may_v not_o be_v ignorant_a in_o the_o law_n of_o their_o god_n but_o may_v know_v the_o story_n of_o the_o bible_n the_o course_n and_o meaning_n of_o the_o scripture_n such_o be_v they_o that_o delight_n themselves_o only_o with_o the_o knowledge_n of_o the_o mystery_n of_o god_n but_o show_v not_o any_o fruit_n of_o their_o knowledge_n in_o a_o sober_a honest_a and_o godly_a life_n indeed_o man_n general_o in_o seek_v knowledge_n out_o of_o the_o scripture_n aim_v rather_o at_o every_o other_o end_n then_o at_o that_o whereat_o they_o shall_v but_o we_o belove_a may_v not_o be_v like_a unto_o they_o here_o you_o see_v wherefore_o we_o shall_v labour_v to_o abound_v more_o and_o more_o in_o knowledge_n and_o in_o all_o judgement_n whatsoever_o other_o do_v let_v this_o be_v our_o direction_n what_o we_o be_v to_o do_v and_o though_o the_o small_a number_n by_o far_o make_v the_o bent_n of_o their_o increase_n of_o such_o man_n wilful_o reject_v the_o doctrine_n of_o the_o gospel_n and_o other_o which_o foolish_o believe_v every_o spirit_n that_o speak_v in_o the_o name_n of_o christ_n the_o apostle_n therefore_o will_v they_o and_o in_o they_o we_o neither_o wilful_o to_o reject_v every_o thing_n because_o of_o some_o wicked_a man_n nor_o yet_o foolish_o to_o admit_v every_o thing_n that_o be_v speak_v in_o the_o name_n of_o christ_n but_o to_o try_v and_o sift_v and_o examine_v all_o thing_n by_o the_o rule_n of_o the_o word_n and_o what_o then_o when_o by_o trial_n we_o see_v and_o
