when_o we_o be_v as_o happy_a as_o paradise_n can_v make_v we_o we_o may_v very_o patient_o expect_v the_o full_a completion_n of_o our_o happiness_n in_o the_o resurrection_n of_o our_o body_n and_o our_o admission_n into_o the_o high_a heaven_n to_o the_o immediate_a throne_n and_o presence_n of_o god_n thus_o though_o hell_n be_v a_o place_n of_o the_o most_o perfect_a torment_n and_o misery_n for_o it_o be_v the_o fire_n prepare_v for_o the_o devil_n and_o his_o angel_n and_o therefore_o it_o be_v much_o more_o formidable_a for_o sinner_n to_o drop_v immediate_o into_o hell_n when_o they_o die_v then_o to_o suffer_v any_o other_o state_n of_o punishment_n between_o death_n and_o judgement_n yet_o he_o be_v a_o very_a unreasonable_a man_n who_o do_v not_o think_v the_o day_n of_o judgement_n time_n enough_o to_o be_v condemn_v to_o hell_n and_o who_o do_v not_o think_v it_o misery_n enough_o to_o fall_v under_o the_o power_n of_o evil_a spirit_n in_o the_o mean_a time_n if_o god_n think_v this_o punishment_n enough_o methinks_v sinner_n shall_v and_o those_o who_o can_v fear_v hell_n at_o the_o distance_n of_o the_o day_n of_o judgement_n will_v not_o fear_v hell_n though_o it_o be_v no_o far_o off_o than_o death_n those_o who_o be_v not_o afraid_a of_o be_v torment_v as_o dives_n be_v when_o they_o go_v out_o of_o these_o body_n will_v not_o fear_v hell_n though_o we_o allow_v hell_n to_o be_v a_o state_n of_o more_o perfect_a misery_n i_o be_o sure_a dives_n think_v those_o torment_n so_o great_a that_o they_o be_v sufficient_a to_o have_v make_v if_o a_o ordinary_a judge_n of_o assize_n be_v look_v on_o with_o so_o much_o reverence_n and_o awe_n what_o be_v the_o glory_n and_o majesty_n of_o a_o universal_a judge_n how_o will_v all_o the_o world_n fall_v and_o bow_n and_o tremble_v before_o he_o who_o with_o the_o word_n of_o his_o mouth_n can_v sentence_v they_o to_o eternal_a life_n or_o death_n this_o be_v his_o father_n glory_n for_o he_o be_v the_o natural_a lord_n and_o judge_n of_o the_o world_n and_o from_o he_o he_o receive_v this_o authority_n to_o judge_v the_o world_n the_o father_n judge_v no_o man_n but_o have_v the_o rock_n and_o mountain_n to_o fall_v on_o they_o and_o hide_v they_o from_o the_o wrath_n of_o the_o lamb._n on_o the_o other_o hand_n with_o what_o triumph_n will_v good_a man_n lift_v up_o their_o head_n the_o poor_a the_o despise_a the_o persecute_a the_o reproach_v the_o vilify_v worshipper_n of_o the_o crucify_a jesus_n and_o the_o disciple_n of_o the_o cross_n their_o sorrow_n will_v then_o fly_v away_o like_o the_o shade_n of_o night_n at_o the_o approach_n of_o the_o sun_n their_o tear_n will_v be_v dry_v up_o and_o we_o shall_v see_v nothing_o but_o secure_a joy_n give_v lustre_n and_o brightness_n to_o their_o look_n we_o be_v extreme_o impose_v on_o by_o the_o present_a appearance_n of_o thing_n vice_n look_v gay_a and_o bold_a and_o fearless_a in_o this_o world_n and_o virtue_n many_o time_n as_o mean_v and_o contemptible_a as_o injustice_n and_o oppression_n can_v make_v it_o that_o it_o will_v be_v of_o great_a use_n to_o we_o sometime_o to_o remove_v the_o scene_n from_o this_o world_n to_o the_o day_n of_o judgement_n when_o all_o mankind_n shall_v appear_v together_o the_o great_a appearance_n that_o ever_o be_v and_o therefore_o it_o be_v much_o more_o considerable_a how_o we_o shall_v appear_v then_o than_o how_o we_o appear_v in_o this_o world_n but_o the_o enquiry_n here_o be_v why_o god_n judge_v all_o the_o world_n at_o once_o and_o summon_v all_o mankind_n together_o to_o receive_v their_o final_a sentence_n now_o that_o god_n will_v do_v so_o be_v very_o plain_a why_o he_o do_v it_o he_o have_v not_o tell_v we_o but_o whoever_o wise_o consider_v this_o matter_n will_v discover_v great_a and_o excellent_a end_n which_o may_v be_v serve_v by_o such_o a_o public_a judgement_n and_o that_o may_v satisfy_v we_o that_o there_o be_v great_a reason_n why_o god_n shall_v do_v it_o and_o these_o may_v be_v refer_v to_o two_o general_a head_n 1._o with_o respect_n to_o god_n himself_o 2._o with_o respect_n to_o man_n both_o good_a and_o bad_a men._n i._o with_o respect_n to_o god_n and_o this_o universal_a judgement_n great_o tend_v to_o advance_v the_o divine_a name_n and_o glory_n 1._o as_o i_o hint_v to_o you_o before_o this_o will_v justify_v the_o divine_a providence_n and_o display_v all_o the_o various_a wisdom_n and_o expound_v
