but_o the_o good_a of_o they_o all_o and_o their_o country_n but_o also_o upon_o their_o inhabitant_n and_o how_o have_v they_o grind_v the_o face_n of_o the_o poor_a and_o instead_o of_o protect_v they_o in_o that_o province_n and_o save_v they_o from_o wrong_v have_v themselves_o be_v the_o chief_a instrument_n of_o do_v they_o harm_n and_o wrong_v they_o and_o oppress_v they_o and_o yet_o not_o for_o evil-doing_a it_o may_v be_v for_o not_o doff_v a_o hat_n or_o because_o they_o can_v learn_v to_o be_v swift_a to_o shed_v blood_n and_o these_o be_v become_v so_o great_a crime_n in_o these_o man_n sight_n that_o five_o or_o seven_o or_o ten_o pound_n or_o more_o which_o be_v great_a sum_n among_o poor_a people_n will_v not_o satisfy_v for_o such_o offence_n as_o they_o look_v
