this_o purpose_n of_o god_n speak_v of_o before_o mean_v of_o salvation_n if_o they_o have_v not_o refuse_v it_o defence_n first_o if_o this_o of_o outward_a mean_n be_v grant_v they_o it_o will_v not_o help_v they_o to_o prove_v the_o purpose_n of_o god_n to_o save_v all_o except_o they_o can_v also_o prove_v that_o there_o need_v nothing_o on_o god_n part_n but_o the_o outward_a mean_n this_o as_o they_o can_v do_v so_o have_v i_o former_o prove_v plain_o the_o contrary_a and_o that_o though_o god_n so_o provide_v that_o even_o paul_n plant_v and_o apollo_n water_n in_o the_o most_o full_a and_o free_a offer_n of_o the_o outward_a mean_n that_o can_v be_v yet_o except_o the_o same_o god_n by_o the_o inward_a and_o effectual_a work_n of_o his_o spirit_n give_v the_o increase_n also_o all_o be_v nothing_o second_o i_o deny_v that_o the_o wicked_a who_o perish_v all_o and_o every_o one_o of_o they_o have_v have_v or_o have_v the_o outward_a mean_n of_o salvation_n offer_v they_o adversary_n but_o here_o before_o they_o come_v to_o that_o which_o they_o promise_v &c_n they_o offer_v and_o enterprise_v the_o prove_v of_o another_o thing_n which_o be_v that_o christ_n die_v unfeyned_o for_o all_o without_o exception_n by_o who_o death_n all_o may_v be_v save_v if_o they_o do_v not_o reject_v it_o defence_n first_o i_o here_o acknowledge_v that_o the_o death_n of_o christ_n be_v 10._o god_n be_v in_o itself_o sufficient_a for_o all_o and_o every_o
