if_o it_o reach_v the_o conscience_n and_o that_o immediate_o then_o it_o be_v not_o human_a but_o divine_a but_o it_o do_v so_o 2._o if_o no_o man_n or_o church_n on_o earth_n have_v power_n to_o first_o question_n 2._o we_o proceed_v to_o evince_v this_o change_n to_o be_v by_o divine_a institution_n these_o four_o way_n 1._o from_o reason_n flow_v from_o scripture_n or_o consequence_n draw_v from_o it_o 1._o thus_o where_o by_o genuine_a and_o native_a consequence_n draw_v from_o scripture_n any_o thing_n be_v so_o impose_v as_o it_o can_v without_o sin_n be_v alter_v or_o neglect_v there_o be_v a_o divine_a institution_n but_o in_o the_o change_n of_o the_o seven_o day-sabbath_n to_o the_o first_o such_o consequence_n may_v be_v draw_v from_o scripture_n as_o will_v upon_o supposition_n of_o the_o change_n a_o strict_a it_o to_o the_o first_o day_n so_o as_o that_o can_v be_v alter_v or_o neglect_v without_o sin_n ergo_fw-la it_o be_v of_o divine_a institution_n the_o
